Who are those four ladies all decked up in bright colour robes standing beside the King ?? I assume there are two Kings cause both of them have same colour attire. Anyways, everything is so colourful. Where are the queens ???

Along side of 4th King of Bhutan, the four ladies are the queen of Bhutan .
The fourth king passed his throne to 5th ( hence you see two people with same yellow colour attire) ~ they're together in the podium as shown in video.
