- As a species we're emotionally addicted to drama, it keeps life entertaining but now it's time to drop the emotional co-dependence we have with drama. I've been saying this since forever, and now the planets and the narrative are saying it too. It's time to stop caring what the media, and what the bigshots who are creating the emotional addiction to drama want us care about. You are the one you've been waiting for. Not them. You are the one that sets yourself free, not them.

So agree! Everything is a distraction from doing the inner work and sorting our life out. I've witnessed this with so many people stuck in the info rabbit holes whilst their life is becoming worse and worse. Great video! Looking forward to the book
