By the way the mileage which is displayed on the cluster is not the actual mileage of the car. That will keep on change based on how you are accelerating. We should not consider that as the actual mileage.
If you want to know the actual mileage I suggest to check full tank to full tank from the same filling hose / gun at the same petrol station.
