Got one a few days ago as a gift from my husband after I slipped on ice crushing my note 8 beyond repairing. I planned to upgrade from 8 to 10, but, the 10 would have to be something extra, extra special for me to leave note 9.
Had mine since Oct, it's amazing & love the battery life. I'm waiting for the Note 10

Hey Floss, just got the 512 gb Note 9 and she's a hoss. Man, using that thing gives me a woody. Time to retire my Note 3...Cheers.
P. C. My Note 3 was still trucking with zero issues up until a few months ago when it got bad water damage. I got a spare iPhone for now but the Note 9 is the only phone I'll upgrade to when I get the cash money. It's going to be Midnight Black 512GB factory unlocked with tempered glass protector and Black Otter Box Defender. This setup is guaranteed to last me 5 years seeing how well the Note 3 held up. Remember to get battery charge notifier so you aren't stressing the battery and can get several more years out of it.
Talking about the Note 3, a phone from 2013 and has a full hd screen. On the opposite side, it's the iPhone Xr with a 720p screen in 2018
Aɴᴅʏ Aɴᴅʀᴇɪ The iPhone Xr will have the single worst resale value before the typical 2 year upgrade cycle. I'm fully expecting to see them go for $50 used in good condition by 2021.

I'm coming from the first pixel and a long line of Nexus devies. Had the s4 and traded it for the HTC m7. Got the note 9 because they finially got TouchWiz down and I wanted to experience the edge display. My girl is a Samsung bandit she gets the note every year so I've been keeping an eye on it. Love the phone. I just hate that I couldn't get the 512 gb or the black version on Sprint

Yesss finally someone said it!! Animations do kill the phone. My Note 8 lagged out so copped S9+ and wow....I noticed how much faster it was and still is. I agree the camera ranks #4 & fingerprint reader being too high. You are THE best to go for phone reviews, keep doing ya thing!

Just got my Note 9 in blue, 128/6 , 845, DUO (dual SIM), International unlocked.
It gets Android 10 OS with DEX etc. This old guy will give the brain a workout on this one.
Still on my LG V20, it got Oreo but no Pie.
My wife clowned me when I told her I was getting the purple one. I told her "it's the Thanos version or the Raekwon purple tape" and she said "if that's what you need to tell yourself to carry a purple phone, do you but buy the blue one" LOL!
