He was out on lunch break from recording studio and this really pretty girl walked by him and he just stopped and said "Oh my God!" right at her. Apparently she liked it. So then he went back in the studio, changed 'oh my god' to 'oh my goodness' and wrote this song. Everything with Olly is real, he puts himself and his life in the songs which is why they are so good.
