Every time again I am blown away by your knowledge about everything and that’s how I learn so much from you. This place is amazing! What gorgeous treasures everywhere❣️😍 Hold on to the stunning blue Italian vase with the flowers…you can always sell it later..😄 Love seeing the kids enjoying themselves…🙏🏻🥰
All that glass was amazing, I would have had to walk around at least 10 times. The blue Italian pottery vase from no camera store was fantastic. thanks for sharing Baby Laurel also, she is so cute!!
Flower Child needs to rethink their no-filming policy. They missed out on free publicity to a quarter-of-a-million people who subscribe to your channel that all like antiques and collecting items. If I heard the mall where I have a booth turned down such valuable publicity that could bring in so many shoppers, I would definitely have something to say about it!
I think it is still sad that we have come to this state of affairs in our world that people think they are so indifferent as to not allow monetized channels to film! That seems a little egocentric to me. I would have taken my hard earned $1600 somewhere else. You work too hard to be dissed like that! Don’t they know who you are…!!! (Lol). Love both you and Andrew for all you do and keeping it real. No disrespect meant to the store, but people got to chill out a bit… some things ( reasoning) have gotten way out of control! Have a good night!
Would you consider doing a video in your home of your personal collection & some of the stories behind how they came to be yours? Love everything you do& you’re so good at it all!
I would love to see your own collection and the finished new house too. Is that your puppy? He is so cute and baby Laurel is adorable. She gets cuter all the time and is such a good baby. We should change it from CRAZY LAMP LADY to CRAZY GLASS LADY LOL.
I totally love those Fenton heart patterns as well I recently seen a video of the artist. His name is Dave Fetty. Started with Blenko, got laid off and in 65 went to Fenton. In 2020 he came down with Covid but bounced back and returned to glass blowing. Look him up, he is still doing his hearts design.
I bought the blue opaline vase you picked up in this video. I’ve stopped at this antique mall several times and always admired that vase but never purchased it…until today. I love all the Fenton they have in that place.
When Laurel comes onto the video, I lose interest in everything else. She is an adorable baby. I love to hear the crinkling of the wrapping paper and I love me some owls 🦉
Laura Caldwell has pieces like the blue vase with the flowers. Think it’s bitossi and they made it for a company called rosenthal. I think she is looking for more pieces in that pattern too
This place was phenomenal. My grandfather was one of the first antique dealers in Western New York to carry Fenton glass so I have a very long history with Fenton. Nice to take the walk down memory lane with you. (And that Laurel is darling and such a good baby!)
I just got back from Rome and there were Murano glass shops everywhere!! Totally thought of you and how excited you might be to see a “real” Murano shop 😊
So I'm currently binge watching the episodes I haven't seen, and I'm so jealous. In Sweden, we don't have Fenton, Haeger, Weller, Shawnee, swung vases, fairy lights etc etc. Sometimes you can find the common fire king, a few Empoli. So, I have a ton of unicorns that I wish I one day will own. ☺️
Talk about glass heaven 😍 I've never seen that much 😳 Fenton in 1 place before!!! They would have had to follow behind me to mop up the water coming from my mouth 🤣 The Italian pottery made my heart ❤️ sing as it was exquisite 👌 😉 😄 And your kids are ADORABLE ❤❤❤ Thanks for sharing 👍 😀 😊 🙌🙏
oooh Jocelyn! that orange heart vase!! yes!! and the Bagni pitcher! good eye! love those colors. and the pudgy owls! i don't know how long you stayed in those places but i could of spent all day!! so much to see! like you said overwhelming! i love your collection in your office. Lisa Larson.. wowee!! Lauren is such a good shopper!
Gorgeous pieces. My eyes were flitting all over the place! I couldn't focus! A store that dreams are made for. Wish you could of filmed in the Flower Child.
I just watched an old video with you geeking out - you ran down the aisle of the Community Thrift Store because you spotted one black and one white Haeger panthers! Love the new videos but I also enjoy all of Sue's teaching moments from your old ones. Blessings!!!
That fossilized tortoise shell is so outstanding. I have never seen one. I collect fossils so I wanted to reach through the computer and add it to my collection. Amazing.🤩
Love the video peak at the end of you getting home from work. Channel has changed to show more of your life. Love it. You are a wonderful family and Hanks pretty cute too.
Catching up on the last week of videos and I hear you say Norwich Ohio. I’m from about 20 minutes or so away in Cambridge! Neat to see you around my neck of the woods. Lol. Didn’t catch if you stopped in Cambridge. Growing up me and my cousins would raid the piles of glass pieces that was thrown out from Boyd’s Glass Factory. 😂
I have been in that store and it is a nice one also have been in white pillar Live in Zanesville. Enjoy your videos I learn a lot. Your kids are adorable
Flower Child has a location in Cleveland as well. It's local to me and I love to visit. It is in a very unique building with a basement that has a bunch of little closets of clothing decades. Their furniture displays are gorgeous too! I'll have to pop in the Columbus location sometime. Great finds in your haul
I loved that first place in Ohio..the store case in the second rooms bears mentioning..it was so fabulous...all the glass...yes...geeking out does not even cover it
Oh Jocelyn that purple fairy light with flowers … as you would say “it is everything” … I’ve not found my first fairy light in the wild…but I am looking.
00:49 And so am I ... just to the left of your hand is what looks like a green moonstone Cathedral from 1935 or '36. The shade is a replacement, but I'm not mad at it. I'd happily display it as it sits. $195 on the tag hurts, but the condition might make it worth that. (My g'mother had a table lamp very similar to yours here, with the sommerso and bullicante balls.) 01:12 Man, they got ALL the Aladdins! There's a plain stem clear Washington Drape from the 40s (1940 to 1948) and what looks like a Sentinel from sometime after 1963 with one of those awful Chinese burners. Neither's very valuable as a collector piece, but they might serve as a collection starter. 01:58 Gee, ya think??? 08:02 :: insert wicked laugh here ::
I have been to Flower Child once and will not be going back! They had a way of being very superior and dismissive when I had a couple of questions. Made me feel very idiotic! Friends of mine also had very negative experiences at the Columbus location. I’m glad for you, Jocelyn, that your visit was a positive one.
Laurel is getting so big and is so precious. You made some great buys. Looking forward to seeing what sells. Please Stay Safe, Happy And Healthy. Have A Wonderful Day
It is really neat to see laurel growing. It’s funny because call my granddaughter baby Rory and my other granddaughter when she was a baby was baby Violet
Mosser is local to Norwich OH. They are in Cambridge OH. Two towns over. I went to White Pillars, when I lived in New Concord OH, but usually too expensive for me! I did get a few swing vases!
Love the custard vase, green vase. You do Love Orange! 💜 I like the Purple Fairylight, Can she get any cuter? Sweet Baby!💜🤗 Your getting closer! Come to Indiana.💜🤗💜Love the Wico cat.Oh! Thank you for letting us see all the kiddos and hank!
I’ve had a couple of those requests, I just report them and they disappear! they are getting on every TH-cam channel! I think your followers who have been with you for as long as I have know it’s not you! Loved the Haegar vase, colour is amazing! 🥰
Oh my stars! The two pieces of blue Italian pottery made me drool all over myself! They are YUMMY! By the way, the "G' is silent in Bagni. Bagni is pronounced Bahn-ye, and the other one with the flowers (OMG) if it is Rimini Blue for sure, is pronounced Rim in knee. The emphasis is on the first syllable. In fact, the emphasis is on the first syllable of both the Italian words. My eyes were out on stems just watching this video! I was geeking out right along with you Jocelyn! Thank you so much for taking me with! Lisa
The Fenton Hanging Hearts vase was pretty. Been learning a lot about them from George, The Antique Nomad and Heidi from Rosie's Auction House. George got to meet the designer Dave Fetty when he went to Heidi's Fenton convention a few months ago.
Laurel just get cuter every time I see her. She is such a happy smiley girl
Every time again I am blown away by your knowledge about everything and that’s how I learn so much from you.
This place is amazing! What gorgeous treasures everywhere❣️😍
Hold on to the stunning blue Italian vase with the flowers…you can always sell it later..😄
Love seeing the kids enjoying themselves…🙏🏻🥰
Some of us love the sound of crinkling paper !. I find it soothing like a sound machine. Wonderful finds. Beautiful baby Laurel. You are blessed.
All that glass was amazing, I would have had to walk around at least 10 times. The blue Italian pottery vase from no camera store was fantastic. thanks for sharing Baby Laurel also, she is so cute!!
Seeing all that beautiful Fenton made me melancholy for my childhood. We had a lot decorating our home.
Holy cow that blue Italian vase with flowers!!! 🤩🤩🤩
That Bagni pitcher is AMAZING!!!
As a Fenton lover, I was mesmerized by this store! Glad you were able to get some treasures for yourself, too. Laurel is a cutie!

Exactly what I was going to say.
Agreed. Not allowing people who monetize their videos seems backwards.. usually monetization = a larger following.
(Lol). Can’t knock them down for it.
Some people just don’t want filming.
Respect it.
I love that purple fairy lamp, so unique
Loving the family at the end of your videos. So heartwarming to watch Andrew with “Squishy”. 😆🥰
Would you consider doing a video in your home of your personal collection & some of the stories behind how they came to be yours? Love everything you do& you’re so good at it all!

That would be awesome !!
Yes please do that!!!
I totally love those Fenton heart patterns as well

I love your family in the videos as much as I enjoy the shopping! Great combo!
A native of OH I have several pieces of cranberry Fenton glass. My Gma was a fan and I inherited it! Lucky me!!
You are only an hour from where the firmer Fenton factory was located. Lots if it in this area.
I bought the blue opaline vase you picked up in this video. I’ve stopped at this antique mall several times and always admired that vase but never purchased it…until today.
I love all the Fenton they have in that place.
