I enjoyed watching this video clip, what I see is my father on an H with a nice International seed drill working on our Farms, dad, tractor and seed drill are all long gone, you have a nice looking outfit there, thanks for taking me back several decades and giving me good memories
Nothing like the sound of an old side valve 4 cylinder tractor purring along. We had two 8N Fords when I was a kid so I love it. I like my little 25 hp diesel Kubota, but it's just not the same feel. Oddly enough, in my small Texas city neighborhood, there's a Farmall C and a 9N Ford parked on the street a couple houses down. The guy saved the C from a scrap pile somewhere I guess. Hopefully it finds a good home. Too many projects to make an offer myself.
I'm 70 and I can still remember my Grandpa doing this same thing on his Farmall H back in the 1960s. The only sad part about this old tractor is that in the early 1980s just a few years after my Grandpa passed away his only Son that just happened to be the best Uncle any Boy could ask for was killed when this old Farmall flipped over backwards crushing him behind that terrible seat and the steering wheel. It's sad they never had the ROPS system like I do on my new tractor. This happened in Northern Michigan for anyone droughting this story.
When I was just a kid I rolled my dads Allis Chalmers. As it rolled to the left I put my right foot on the axel and kind of jumped sideways and went rolling on the ground.

My Grandpa did the same. Not sure what grain drill he had but the “H” sure brings back a lot of memories
Glad to bring back good memories. Thanks for watching

That is sad, roll overs are very dangerous with old tractors. Appreciate you sharing. Thanks for watching

Quick thinking got you off the tractor in time. Also you seem familiar 🤔
Love the video and old equipment. I just picked up my newest tractor last week. Moved up to a 58 ford 601 workmaster.
Awesome, we don't see many Blue tractors around here, mainly red and green
"H" stands for Hercules. International Harvester's all time top selling tractor. They got the job done back then and are still getting it done today.
Yep, we have to do some work on it the spark plugs are giving us trouble and making the tractor miss
@@notschfarm Yeah I change them out in my 140 every so often.
I love hearing an old H or M run -
