As for your eating, though I see your eating meals, I don’t understand how you can eat whole meals at these restaurants. You need to do a video about how you keep the weight down. Exercise alone doesn’t keep the weight down. I tried once just eating rabbit food, exercised and rode a bicycle(no electric) in addition and still gained weight. Anything else you do, like that special drink before a colonoscopy? More power to you, I wish I could eat and not gain weight.
