Chris, yes, I agree, but are they to be excused? Ingored yes, but I don't excuse them. A hater can be coming from a very dark place, but they can still be respectful.

Consider changing environments if it’s really bad. If you can’t change environments then lead with empathy, love and make sure you set boundaries
