The white horse is known as "DEBADUTTA" Who will be the vahana of Bhagwan Kalki.
Its a parrot who is given to lord kalki by lord shiv and the white horse is named ashwa which can change its form into anything like transformers and the parrot devdutt knows everything about everything. He will help kalki in exploring and finding solutions to problems.

Difference between criricism & analysis
1. Who does criticise they mostly say one side of the project (may be positive or negative) but who does analyse present both equally.
2. Critics mainly focuses on vfx,action etc but for analyser only story, way of storytelling, matters vfx would be enough if it cimpliment the budget (unless it is sell by the vfx).
3. Critics forced their opinion but analyser don't they appreciate others opinion also. For example: I notice many mistakes & plotwholes in movies like bahubali, RRR, kgf. Lekin kuch bolunga to gaaliya hi milega mujhe.

I thought that Prabhas will be shiva avatar only who will help Raia (the boy from Ashwathama intro) evolve into Kalki who in the climax will lift the mount shambhala cementing Raia to be Kalki, not Bhairava.

Parashurama asks kalki to worship lord shiva which helps him gain devdutta, his parrot and his sword.
