Since you have employees, do you have any dedicated printers that they can use for their own projects?
Yes I let my employees use a printer to print random things here and there.

How do you keep track of the material usage? I have like 8 bambu p1p and already loss count of the printing job and material use or wasted 😵💫
I just order in bulk from manufacturers overseas. The more printers the more plastic I order
Do you print all models with the same layer height/walls or is it custom?
Typically custom. I try to optimize each print file
