I need help.... my video won't slow down I coppied everything u did but it still won't slow down... I had the 2015 version it worked, by the only thing the 2015 version didn't have was the optical thing so I updated it to the 2022 version but it won't slow down

I finally figured it out. If you’re having problems with the slow motion because you’re getting constant warping, regardless if your clip is 30 fps or 60fps. What you actually need to do is to make the keyframes between have little to no motion happening in the field of view. If there is obvious motion happening between those frames then you will have warping such as a hand moving in all 4 frames. That’s why in the clip where he is using a syringe there is no warping and this clip he is editing have none, (unless you look at lifeline’s fingers), because nothing is moving in all four frames. So remember if you wanna use this effect pick a part where there is little to no motion happening in all four frames up close and you will have no warping and a smooth effect. Took me so many hours to figure this out and wish it was more clear.
@@sikeitzjake there really isn’t because optical flow is supposed to mimic a high speed camera and it does so by adding ‘new extra’ frames. As long as nothing is happening in the immediate background it should still work. e.g. You falling down doesn’t really matter effect still works, enemy dying like in this clip 20 feet feet away It only really matters what you’re doing in your immediate fov such as flipping a weapon or an enemy passing by you up close an inch a way from you. It’s just a matter of picking a perfect time, and you can make the keyframes as long as you want as long as there is no immediate jerking. The effect will still look cool. You could also add motion blur on the clip or a bass pump effect to the edges to make the warping less obvious especially with the in-game HUD.

I know that hundreds of people have already commented on this, but I also want to comment on how sad that we are in the 2020's and people still need to be told not to be racist or say ignorant shit to someone just because they do not look or sound the same as u. I'm sure to people that speak other languages, English or our American accents probably sound silly to them too. I wish parents would teach their children better and the importance of treating others equally no matter the race, religion, sexual preference etc.. I noticed lots of youtubers that make editing videos for adobe and other programs are Indian. Lots of talented individuals. If it is hard for anyone to understand, there is a closed caption button for this exact reason. and if its not available and u don't understand, find another video. I know this is 3 yrs late but just found your channel and am very happy I did. You have my sub. cant wait to see your other tutorials.

damn I wish there was a way to fix that or work around that because in most games you're making very sudden and quick movements
