I began watching college football in 2022 with my friend who's a longtime Ducks fan. This is the time the Ducks got Dan Lanning and Bo Nix and damn, what an introduction to the Ducks it's been for me. I've been to Autzen several times now, sat through triumphs and hardships with all of you, and I'll be damned if I didn't developed a lot of affection, not just for the Ducks, Lanning and Nix, but for you all, the fans. You're all awesome and I'm proud to be a part of your community!
There are going to be some good years, some bad ones, years of elation, and years it will rip the soul out of your body. But you’ll never regret being a fan I can promise you that. Best community in the nation. Let’s get that championship!

Amazing how things evolve. I distinctly remember watching his first game against Oregon. Hungry for revenge against the Tigers my main thought was "They've got some rando true freshman who's never thrown a collegiate pass and we've got Justin friggin' Herbert! This is gonna be good, we got this!" and it very much was... until it wasn't. I remember turning off the game after the 4th thinking instead "Damn, that Bo Nix kid is actually pretty damned good." Had he not made that 4th quarter come back then even with the Arizona St. loss Oregon would've been in the playoffs that year. I remember watching from the periphery his rise during that freshman season to his steady decline into the reviled "Bo Pix" over the next two before word of his ironic transfer to Oregon. I'll admit I was very much one of the doubters when he arrived, especially after his debut against Georgia, but holy hell, did my opinion swivel in a hurry. Now I can't even express my respect and admiration for a man who will go down in the record books as one of the greatest QB's to ever grace that Eugene campus. Side note though, I still can't but wonder how often he's heard the words "Dyer was down" since he got here and what his thoughts are on it lol

Ben and Oregon fan since Chris Miller’s first game at QB in 1983. We’ve had some very talented leaders on this team… All over the field. Nobody, including the great Marcus Mariota, had the heart and the precision of Bo Nix. He will always be from Pinson, Alabama. But forever, an Oregon Ducks LEGEND.
I really wasn't huge on Bo when he first transferred. But he sure showed me!! After year one, he had already proved me wrong. Then after this year, he has become one of my favorite all time Oregon Ducks! 🦆
i was super excited and i went around the shop i was in telling everyone....they thought i lost my head lol...i knew that o line was gonna be really good and kenny would make him comfortable...i didnt see this though lol...especially coming back the 2nd season...he is one of the greats..

what a baller, and what a role model for kids. i was one of the doubters when he came to oregon, but he won me over real quick. hes shown growth, resiliance and commitment. hes competitive, humble and bright. hes so ready for the NFL its crazy and everyone with a brain wishes him all the success in his future endevours. no we didnt win the title, but we had some great years with bo at the helm and i think he will keep improving his performance in the high pressure games with each snap. he has few weaknesses and tons of strengths. i would take 2 more years with nix in a heartbeat. I saw his first game when he was at Auburn vs Oregon. He led his team with a victory over Justin. I had mixed emotions when he transferred to Oregon because of that victory. I am now truly a Bo Nix fan. Bless his parents and his family for raising a fine young man. Good luck in the NFL! We had two really great QB’s wearing the number 10. Hopefully Dillon Gabriel can also carry the greatness with wearing the number 8. Go Ducks!
