I grew up about 5 minutes from Schenectady. It's not the Schenectady Times it's either the Daily Gazette or the Times Union. I get it's to make it easier to know that he's imitating her talking about a local newspaper, but they could have Googled for a real newspaper name ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Just like Bernadette (🙄) on big bang theory, Karen's voice started out tolerable tho high, and just got squeakier and screechier by the later seasons. Bernie's was wayyyy more annoying tho. She's the one who ruined the show for me
