The team that led me into watching ski jumping. I remember watching the Japanese team, after smoking a joint. I was hypnotized and amazed by the show!!!
@@97kos Well, I think so. When Harada jumped 136m in the individual competition, he broke Kasai's previous hill record with 4.5m. It took them 10 minutes to measure it. And this jump was even 1 meter further. Okabe also jumped 137m, but he had higher speed. And Harada jumped 10.5m longer than the second-longest jump that round.
At the training camp one month before the Nagano Olympics, the Japanese national team played football with warm-up. Kasai touched Harada and injured his left ankle. True story www.chunichi.co.jp/chuspo/article/column/heiseimonogatari/CK2019011002100032.html

Amazing story, jumpers, resolution and music... Japan in 90s was really amazing! Thanks to this movie!
I was 10 years old live in Austria and was screaming my parents awake after haradas jump it was around 4am 😅😂
1080p in 1998 - unbelievable
2018 and its still unbelievable :-)
To prawda...
That's Japan, my boy
Harada - I don't know any ski jumper how can jump in one event 79,5 m and 137 m - and the similar story was in Lillehammer..
But in the end. He made jump of his life and won gold medal for Japan team. It's one of the most emotional olympic stories. With happy ending. :)
Harada had many problems with mental sphere... 🤔 But, in the end, he is one of most important jumpers in Japan history!
Domen Prevc could easily jump 80m and 250m in one competition I'm sure 😅
2:53 one of the best ski jumps ever
I don't think so. It is the most important ski jump in team competitions ever 🙂

He was only on smaller hill (7th place), mainly due to fact, that he had problem earlier with ankle, and his mother was dead...
