Minecraft: Magma Cube Farm [With Spawner]

- The best Magma Cube Farm/Grinder for all minecraft versions above 1.5. For this design you can use up to 10 magma cube spawners where the mobs get crushed to death in the 3x3 killing chamber. Make sure to share this awesome magma cube farm with your friends!
To get a magma cube spawner in creative right click on a spawner with a mob spawn egg, you can get this spawner using this command:
Then put this command in it:
1.13+: /give @p spawner
1.8+ /give @p mob_spawner

100% Awesome hey I have a challenge for you (if you can do it for me) it is a grinder and I can't think of a way to kill blazes without sticky pistons or using mob cramming if you could help me that would be great!!!
easy yust use water
To fix the small ones sticking the middle.
Punch to holes diagonal of eachother in the bottom layer of the walls. and place a dispencer in one of them. (Where there are only 3 pistons on each side)
Now link up the a piece of redstone dust on the "Of" side of the clock you made, so when the pistons are retracted the dispencer will activate.
Use 2 Circuit Breaker Pulse Generator (Found on the minecraft wikie/pulse circuit), delay one of them with 5+ redstone repeaters on full.
Link both the restone tracks you just made to the dispenser.
This way you'll have the "Crushing" square where the big ones get killed and when it's not activated the water stream activates making the small ones go off in the hole at the side.
Just make a small 1*1 water pathway for the small ones and collect them a few blocks away (This makes it an XP grinder aswell)

Just remove the middle hopper and place it two blocks lower, use the same process to kill the small ones but using one piston to fill the block. Still use the Hopper to catch any magma that falls down the middle :)

I know it's 4 years later, but I am using this design, and there is one block that is constantly powered for no reason lol. I don't know if its a bug, but there is some sort of ghost source that is keeping it powered

Wouldn't the small magma cubes survive in the middle free blocks on the crusher?
Yep, there will always remain up to +-50 magma cubes, You might think they would all survival in the 1x1 hole, however this is not the case. When the small magma cubes jump or get stuck in one of the corners they will get crushed to death.
Aw, that sucks. I'll fiddle around with the design in creative mode to see if I can come up with a way to crush them all in the mean time :P

This isn't a farm for survival, the water will just evaporate when it's placed, and if i recall you also cannot place spawners in survival.
water can only evaporate when placed on magma, which this farm does not have. In survival you actually can place down spawners

This defeats the whole purpose of these farms because the whole point is that you make them in creative

Just put a repeater and break the block that stops the connection of the redstone for the redstone clock

It's NOT vanilla the servers are using PLUGINS which isn't a mod, but still needs to be installed
