Great stuff! Last year I got a back injury that required surgery and was sedentary for 7 months. I got really out of shape. I'm embarrassed how out of shape I am. I've been working to get back in shape.
    Today's workout:
    Superset 1:
    Pullups: 10; 5; 4
    TRX Inverted Rows: 10: 5; 4
    SS2:
    Pushups: 20; 20; 15
    Squats: 30; 30; 20
    Swim for 15 minutes.
I'm getting there slowly. Hard work is king and consistency is queen.

Emom of 5 burpees 10 pushups? You're a beast Sir!

  • @mofo7689
    @mofo7689 ปีที่แล้ว

my program handles 1000 burpees. they normally "hurt like hell" UNTIL my body is warmed up, then they are a passing thought. Because of this understanding, I have never feared a demanding workout since learning them. Since being older, my burpees come down to a bar at arm's length as my body becomes more finely tuned. It is a tremendous discovery.

Exactly what i do every morning.
Not just the same, but well i created my own style of workout and testing in sets, repeats and excersises.
Start with legs, then push and then pull in circles.
7 Sets with 13 repeats each group
    or
5 Sets with 20 repeats each group
    or
4 Sets with 25 repeats each group
    Takes me 20 to 35min mostly... 👍🏻
After that 15 to 20min of Yoga for calm down and stretch...and at the end a cold shower...and i mean cold 🥶👌🏻🤜🏻🤛🏻
Then you feel like a god and your day is great Yeah 🕺🏻 👍🏻

If you aren’t comfortable with that you got Pushups, Air Squats and Situps. Focus hard on them three exercises, watch videos and focus on good clean reps with good range of motion. These three exercises will give you great foundation. For fitness you can do these three exercises as a circuit, when you get better. Don’t neglect diet, good carbs, fruit, veg, sweet potatoes.Go easy on junk food, burgers, sweets. Eat quality protein, fish, eggs, tuna.

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
    1 Corinthians 6:9‭-‬11
