Hey Moi, came here after catching your stream the other day. I'm subbed and I have notifications on and still, I had to go out of my way to find this video. I wouldn't have known it was even up if you didn't talk about it on stream. No notification, no help from the algorithm, idk what's going on but I'm sure it's frustrating. As far as branching out from tactical games, I think a lot of us watch your videos because they're your videos. Really idc what you play, as long as you're passionate about it
I don't think people will appreciate the history behind this game, main protagonist sounds heaps like George Clooney 😅 Dev's have said too that if it does sell reasonably we'll get a trilogy, so I'm crossing my fingers that happens, thanks heaps for the vid
First person is overrated and overused to draw in casual couch gamers, no shame in that but people like you are the reason games like Cyberpunk don't have third person when they REALLY should. Especially when the framework was there but got scrapped early on. I've seen it too many times to not bring it up. Again, not trying to be rude and english is a second language to me so forgive my wording
@@Gothtides well i mean have the option for 1st person. I like it for better immersion. I just feel less like my character and more like a spectator. It's not hard to attach a first person camera to the player, so why not give people the option?
Eh, this is giving me strong Elex vibes. I liked the original Outcast for what it was back in the day, but I've been burned too many times over the last decade on lower budget open-world games. It looks gorgeous and the moment to moment gameplay seems good enough, but the issue is always how it plays out over the course of dozens of hours. They mostly inevitably end up being extremely repetitive and unsatisfying well before you've accomplished everything. Will keep an eye on this to see how it looks at release, but I'm not holding my breath.
@@pal1d1nl1ght it's literally the most boring, repetitive slop right from the get go. It couldn't decide what kind of game it wanted to be and ended up not being one worth playing, sadly. The world building and setting are incredible but paired with extremely mediocre gameplay, which is just an absolute shame.
I wanted to play the original when I was younger, but I spent the money on Morrowind. Now I'm an adult I plan to buy this...just have to ask permission from the missus... 😢
I remember trying the first one a year or two ago. Such a strange game(in a positive way). I dropped it after 16h, it really didn't age well but impressive nonetheless. This one looks just as strange. I just dislike the terrible UI and things like hold to craft.. Not sure how well the game will be riding the line between funny and cringe judging from what was shown in your vid but here's hopin'. I'll wishlist.

@@Oscarmike247 I agree 👍 being able to swap between them is the best option. Games like fallout, elder scrolls etc
