Don't ever feel self conscious! I learned along time ago, everyone has something!! Adapt what you can to live your life in a more doable way. But most importantly live your life.

Pleaas work to heal, don't take it lightly!.CAreful with offcial nutrition drinks, not that goiod quality and often sugar=diseasing...I have no dr, need assistence to manage all that. Want to move to hmomesteading, but want to forget my disease, hahaha!
I’m a pediatric home care nurse and the majority of my clients have G tubes. One thing we do is get over the door shoe organizers and we put supplies in them.

My son has dysphasia and required thickened liquids - highly recommend Gelmix thickener over simply thick. Your digestive system will thank you.
