Keep trying new ideas such as titles, thumbnails, speech patterns, camera angles, introductions, ect... Maybe try letting people know where you are, how you got there, and what your going to be doing (for better engagement with in the first 10 seconds). The cars a cool, but people are watching because of YOU. You're going to blow up 100K+ subs one day, I know when I'm right 🙌. Hope this gets you there faster. P.s I literally wrote down "I am a youtuber with 100,000 subscribers" every day atleast 1 full note book page to build my confidence and pump me up. It also focused my mind to think what I can do to get there. I was shortly at 100K after doing this.
