The Japanese Retreat is actually part of some additional content that you will be able to download after you reach lvl 7. The additional content is necessary to progress past lvl 11, so if you choose not to download it when it first appears you will have another opportunity at lvl 11. Levelling up at this early part of the game is very quick and easy. Cooking will give you loads of XP. Just fill the cooking hobby grid a few times, and you'll be at lvl 7 in no time!
Contrary Sims This method has helped me out so much in my game! I found you this morning through watching make2 and I restarted my whole game just to do this method as I needed to build the swimming centre and it was too expensive. I’m so glad I tried this out, I had earned 1.3 million from this method and bought the big house to get all the furniture, I love it! Now I’ve just deleted the big house after collecting everything and I am going to carry on with the Japanese retreat until I have a reasonable amount and start adding sims and completing quests! No that's not what I meant. I mean that I have not built the Japanese retreat at all and the prices have gone higher. I have other houses built. But on the other hand I did build one yesterday and it gave me a lot of money so thanks for the trick.
Hi, when your starting the game, it should say increase your house size, for free. I recommend making the biggest bathroom possible then selling it, and you will get 6,000+. Hope this helped, just so you can get the japanese retreat easier and faster.

I was constantly crunched for money which seriously stressed me out. Seeing this 3 days ago, I immediately started over - and I already have almost 2 mil simoleons! I'm going to go ahead and stock up a nice amount of money before I move on with building home lots. I'm going to get the goods of one or two architect homes as well. I may be the only person seeing this in 2022 but This was freaking GENIUS and SO helpful. Im fairly new to the Sims and had a good thing going buttttt I did not hesitate to start over to try this !
i'd say the snow chalet would get you more bang for your buck, as selling all the contents from the house and removing the rooms would earn you 500,000 simoleons, and with its price only around 130,000 (4hr build time, the price depends on how many properties you have), getting to a million is much easier.
Another tip is when you earn a one time free floor from a quest, on an empty plot make a room the size of the entire plot and put the floor in it. Then once you delete it you get a looooottt of money! This is how I had over 200k at just level 11.

Yep it's not really a cheat but it definitely feels like one! You could call it an exploit if anything but we aren't manipulating anything in the game to do something it shouldn't, just taking advantage of what we've been given. 🙂

This trick will steady the balance of luxury in all of the homes and bring back a great flow of money to all, giving each of my sims top of the line mansions, customized for their personal style.
When I bought this property the Japanese one I had 103,768 and i bought it for 54,000 and ended up with after selling everything I now have 119,128 so thank you so much x

*VERY IMPORTANT!!:* Do NOT sell the rooms right away. Expand them first. Try different expansions and you'll see some very cheap expansions like 300 simoleons or around 1k and they'll add thousands of simoleons of worth to the rooms. And before selling the last room, expand it all the way. You'll earn wayy more money. I'm talking about selling a single room for 60k simoleons!! Even though I'm level 15 and have 9 sims (I made 4 couple so I have 5 lots currently and sold the other 2 to lower down the building cost) I made over 125k simoleons profit at once. The house costed me around 45k and I got around 165k income and I even left some items in the inventory. Update: this method doesn’t work anymore since they patched it.

@@larisachan1787 you can’t sell the house at once but you can sell items and rooms individually. But sadly this cheat doesn’t work anymore, they fixed it. But you can check item duplication glitch, it still works.
simple trick for when your just starting the game, during the tutorial when you can expand a room for free make the bathroom as big as possible and then sell the room collects at least 10 grand. For anyone else when you get any free flooring go to a empty beach house lot build the biggest possible house, apply flooring, and then sell. Now a days flooring so expensive so can flip a hefty profit. I made over a mil a few times

So I’m trying to get more money, well as much as I can so I can have more sims. Considering I spend money on live events , and just daily tasks. This is a little unrelated to this cheat. But. Years ago when I started my main account they had a Christmas event going on (during the same time as the time glitch which I abused the crap out of lol) and at the end of the event you won a free raindeer. The thing was, there was no limit on how many free reindeers you could buy....... naturally 16 year old me bought thousands of reindeers which sold for 5,000 simoleons each. I bought quite a few expensive house with that hack. Ah the good old days.
Yes! I was going to mention the Snow Chalet but I figured that most new players wouldn't have unlocked it (it's not in my new game, after all). But the price is really fantastic. I built several of them in my main game just to get lots of the paintings and mezzanine landings.
I already got 100k with gardening and it wont decrease the town value so yeah l also got 10-35lps per day fromt the tip from another video of her channel and now l got 320 lps so l spend it to 170 but l could make it up to it so l recommend doing the cooking hobby but the 1 min action you could also get money from the hobby and getting xp l repeat it but l spend it wiselly tho

You can make even more by making the rooms bigger before selling. Depending on how u change the size it can be cheap to renovate like 350 Simon oleons so compared to 3,000
how I get rich: Complete hobbies Send all my sims to the real estate and the movie theater or the police station EVERYDAY Lastly I just deleted my stuff and delete houses

Yeah, once you've progressed a fair way it's not really worth tearing everything down to do it. It's just a bit of a boost at the beginning of the game!

I try and move many sims to one house a much as I can. Takes less houses but more sims. Like making households and/or making them bestfriends move in with each other.

Here’s how I have learned to do this cheat. 1. Like she said in the video make a new game to begin 2. Go through the tutorial like normal and then DO NOT do the next quest. If you do, you’ll start getting to the limited time quests and that’ll severely damage your gameplay. 3. When you finish the tutorial and make your second sim, start off by buying a one bedroom home for 3000 (that should be within the simoleons you have) 4. Sell everything on the lot, you should now be at around 15000 simoleons. 5. But the Japanese retreat, sell, rinse and repeat. Please remember before doing this if you’ve never played the sims FreePlay before, your game doesn’t start off with the Japanese retreat. So if you are downloading it for the first time, you need to play the game until you get the option to download a type of custom content. This will also include archetype houses which will help you recover town value a lot quicker. After getting the Japanese house, I would recommend restarting it. Then do the cheat. It only makes you lose about 30000 town value which is easy to get back, and I would recommend getting starting funds, and then start sending your sims to work everyday, even better would be to send your sims to work while doing this. Have fun with your money now!

Ok, I just used this! It worked! I started a new game, got through the tutorial to the point that I had a second house. I sold the entire lot of the second house, a couple items from the first house, and watched a video for a few simoleons. Between all that, I was able to get $9000 and buy the Japanese Retreat. After selling that entire lot, I had over $70,000!
I also didn't need to react level 7 to access The Japanese Retreat. I don't know if something changed, but I had access to it by the time I was at that step in my above process.
Ok.. Update. I also tried Neo Tokyo, Hallway House, and Mansion. The Japanese Retreat is the most profitable (net ~$70,000). Definitely still worth getting them all to inventory all the items as you delete rooms if you want access to all that furniture with the trade off that you won't make the same profit.

Absolutely, you can have separate save files on different accounts. It is better to use multiple Google or Game Center accounts than Facebook, because if FB notices you have more than one profile they will terminate one or even both of your accounts. You also have to be very careful not to overwrite one save over the other if you're trying to do this on one device. On android you can make multiple user profiles, which is what I've done to keep this extra game save running safely.
Also, I'm not sure what leather couches you're looking at, there's quite a few on the game that you can get in different ways. Anything in my inventory came from the architect homes I've been building.
You can't have more than one FB account.... I mean, you can, but if our surveillance overlords (Facebook management) notices you have more than one or that you aren't using your real name, they will just shut it down. They could potentially even terminate your main account for violating their Terms of Service. Use Google or Game Center for extra saves instead.

I like to rack up life points(doing surveys) sometimes all you have to do is just visit a site nothing else, but I buy a house with the most furniture and sell everything, that way I’m spending the life point not the money.
Been playing for less than a month, I might restart, because when I had enough for the Japanese retreat, it cost 90K and took a day to build. Did I mention I was at level 18 already. Now I'm a 19 about to hit level 20.

After seeing your video I restart from scratch I was lvl 13 now I have 3 house for 12 sims and I keep making the same step the Japanese house cost 19 000 now but I still make a lot

Years ago when I started my main account they had a Christmas event going on (during the same time as the time glitch which I abused the crap out of lol) and at the end of the event you won a free raindeer. The thing was, there was no limit on how many free reindeers you could buy....... naturally 16 year old me bought thousands of reindeers which sold for 5,000 simoleons each. I bought quite a few expensive house with that hack. Ah the good old days.
If you have done the chalet Christmas event, the house sells for a lot of money and you can make millions within minutes
Yes! I was going to mention the Snow Chalet but I figured that most new players wouldn't have unlocked it (it's not in my new game, after all). But the price is really fantastic. I built several of them in my main game just to get lots of the paintings and mezzanine landings.

I already got 100k with gardening and it wont decrease the town value so yeah l also got 10-35lps per day fromt the tip from another video of her channel and now l got 320 lps so l spend it to 170 but l could make it up to it so l recommend doing the cooking hobby but the 1 min action you could also get money from the hobby and getting xp l repeat it but l spend it wiselly tho

You can make even more by making the rooms bigger before selling. Depending on how u change the size it can be cheap to renovate like 350 Simon oleons so compared to 3,000

Complete hobbies
Send all my sims to the real estate and the
movie theater or the police station EVERYDAY
Lastly I just deleted my stuff and delete houses

Yes, that's the thing with this trick, you don't need have levelled up much to work. In fact, it's best right when you're starting out!

Yeah, once you've progressed a fair way it's not really worth tearing everything down to do it. It's just a bit of a boost at the beginning of the game!

Here’s how I have learned to do this cheat.
1. Like she said in the video make a new game to begin
2. Go through the tutorial like normal and then DO NOT do the next quest. If you do, you’ll start getting to the limited time quests and that’ll severely damage your gameplay.
3. When you finish the tutorial and make your second sim, start off by buying a one bedroom home for 3000 (that should be within the simoleons you have)
4. Sell everything on the lot, you should now be at around 15000 simoleons.
5. But the Japanese retreat, sell, rinse and repeat.
Please remember before doing this if you’ve never played the sims FreePlay before, your game doesn’t start off with the Japanese retreat. So if you are downloading it for the first time, you need to play the game until you get the option to download a type of custom content. This will also include archetype houses which will help you recover town value a lot quicker.
After getting the Japanese house, I would recommend restarting it. Then do the cheat. It only makes you lose about 30000 town value which is easy to get back, and I would recommend getting starting funds, and then start sending your sims to work everyday, even better would be to send your sims to work while doing this. Have fun with your money now!
This is what I came here to say as well. The three thousand dollar house you get right away after the tutorial is a WAY better value. I just did the whole house (missed two items I accidentally put in storage and still came out with 17, 311

Ok, I just used this! It worked!
I started a new game, got through the tutorial to the point that I had a second house. I sold the entire lot of the second house, a couple items from the first house, and watched a video for a few simoleons. Between all that, I was able to get $9000 and buy the Japanese Retreat. After selling that entire lot, I had over $70,000!
I also didn't need to react level 7 to access The Japanese Retreat. I don't know if something changed, but I had access to it by the time I was at that step in my above process.
Ok.. Update. I also tried Neo Tokyo, Hallway House, and Mansion.
The Japanese Retreat is the most profitable (net ~$70,000).
Definitely still worth getting them all to inventory all the items as you delete rooms if you want access to all that furniture with the trade off that you won't make the same profit.

Absolutely, you can have separate save files on different accounts. It is better to use multiple Google or Game Center accounts than Facebook, because if FB notices you have more than one profile they will terminate one or even both of your accounts.
You also have to be very careful not to overwrite one save over the other if you're trying to do this on one device. On android you can make multiple user profiles, which is what I've done to keep this extra game save running safely.
Also, I'm not sure what leather couches you're looking at, there's quite a few on the game that you can get in different ways. Anything in my inventory came from the architect homes I've been building.
You can't have more than one FB account.... I mean, you can, but if our surveillance overlords (Facebook management) notices you have more than one or that you aren't using your real name, they will just shut it down. They could potentially even terminate your main account for violating their Terms of Service.
Use Google or Game Center for extra saves instead.
