@@AlfaXLogistics Hello, is it possible to cooperate with you? I am a promising :) dispatcher partner for you, as I believe, and I find your efforts to be inclined to what I'd like to do either.
@@AlfaXLogistics, sorry for being annoying, but let me ask you if there is a way to cooperate with you and work as a dispatcher for your company. If you are actually dealing with this business. I'm looking for a company to work for remotely and to become a partner in the nearest future :)
Is it ok if the client doesn’t have a factoring company to let the dispatcher bill the broker for them? Or should I not get involved with it? I would only be billing the broker as a service for the Carrier. I wouldn’t get involved with dispersing or touching any money.
If your client needs help with invoicing brokers, you should be able to assist them. Since invoices should be payable to your client, you are not receiving any money from the brokers, you just helping with paperwork.
Yes Cristian, we are referring to sending an invoice to clients we dispatch for. However, our clients may or may not be the drivers of their equipment we dispatch.
James, shortly we are going to publish two videos on online and direct marketing strategies you should use to target owner operators. So please stay tuned.
Hi, How usual is credit authorization form amongst drivers? Are they feeling safe giving authorization to someone? Is there a risk for them that dispatcher can make a fraud and take their money from credit card? Is the authorization agreement enough to stop that risk? Just trying to see from their perspective how hard is for them to give somebody an authorization of their credit card. Seems to me that it is a huge risk.
Petar, Just like you said, if someone uses client’s credit card outside of the agreement, that someone is committing a fraud… which is a punishable offence. On the other hand, if you as a driver find unauthorized charges on your card, you can notify your bank and get charges disputed/reversed. That is why payment authorizations are very common practice in many industries. Of course, you should always do your due diligence when doing any kind of business with someone you don’t know. With that being said, let’s remember that you as a dispatcher have alternative ways to charge your clients. So, do what you and your clients are confirmable with!
Yes Bryan, any time you generate income, you must pay taxes. And since your client wants to write off her payments for your services, it is totally normal that she wants to send you 1099.
Thanks Roman for this video I just have one question, can I be an independent freigth dispatcher outside united states and whta permits do I need to have?
Jose, just like many virtual assistance companies are helping US-based businesses with their operations, many dispatching companies are located abroad and help US trucking companies with their dispatching. Some form an entity in the US, others don't. A lot depends on the scale of operations.
Kevin, technically it is possible. However, a lot depends on how many clients you work with and how demanding they are. With "full-time trucks" under your dispatch it might be challenging to work part time.
Hey Roman hope you are doing well actually I'm independent freight dispatcher from India and i used to charge my clients through their cards but now the transfer wise is not working how i get paid from my carriers through their cards kindly help me to get out from this dramatic situation
Blake, before we can answer your question we need more clarification. What do you mean by "when we are using independent owner-operators"? Are you a dispatcher or a motor carrier? Do those owner operators have MC authority or are they "leased on"?
A Virtual Terminal can be set up through your bank or through companies like Stripe and PayPal. For digital invoicing you can use many applications such as QuickBooks or PayPal.
@@AlfaXLogistics Is having a virtual terminal the same as creating a PayPal Invoice system that sends the client an invoice with a request for payment using a credit card via email or link?
No, Virtual Terminal allows you to charge client's credit/debit card. This way, you can process your dispatching fees without the need for your client to take any action.
Absolutely love these videos, don't know who he is, nor taken his course, but I love the short and straight forward message of his videos!
Thank you Blake! We greatly appreciate your feedback!
Simple and direct ,no fancy stuff ,thanks you👍
Thank you Cynthia!
Thanks Roman, as a complement of this video you would likely mention PayPal for next time.
Yes Juan, PayPal is definitely a good option to consider, especially for digital invoicing.

Who submits the invoices to the factoring company? Who handles the billing of the loads, the dispatch company or the carrier ?
J D that depends on your agreement with your client. Some clients do their own invoicing. Others prefer for their dispatcher to do it.
@@AlfaXLogistics which is the best way to do so?
Just ask your clients what they would prefer.
Many thanks. Excellent and clear explanations.
Glad it was helpful!

I need to know what happens after the broker has sent the dispatcher the ratecon, please.
Donald, at this stage dispatcher usually dispatches the driver and forward rate confirmation to the owner.
Can dispatch negotiate rates?
Absolutely! Negotiations are part of any business operation and dispatching is no different.

Hello Sajid! Did you try getting a virtual terminal through PayPal or Stripe? Alternatively, you may want to check with your local bank.
Sir, I have a registered company. I want to become a truck dispatcher for Ro-Ro car shipping.
Do the same rules apply if we are using independent owner-operators?
