- Hello guys, in this video I'm doing an electrified tricycle. This electric bike can go more than 60km / h at full throttle. The electric bike can travel up to 70 km on full charge.
The electric bike is powered by 1000 W 48Volt Motor and lithium-ion battery.

Bin etwas eingeschränkt seiten möglichkeiten des Bauens.

Los bujes de las ruedas delanteras tienen un sistema de eje insertado de 20 mm. Entonces monté el perno de 20 mm en la carrocería y conecté las ruedas a este perno. Los detalles son visibles en los videos. Si tienes alguna pregunta, puedo ayudarte.

I want a quadricyce, I look at options to build mine.
Thanks. I will be making a quad bike soon. All four wheels will have independent shock absorbers. Since I am abroad at the moment, the projects have slowed down a bit.
@@DiyTv77 Great, I will be very aware, a quad is what I want to build. But I do not know how to make a differential for the rear traction, I still have many gaps in the design and I want to have everything super planned so as not to spend more than necessary.

Elinize sağlık çok güzel olmuş. Ön süspansiyonlar harika. Bende bu günlerde bir tane yaptım arka tekerlek tarafı süspansiyolu. Tabiiki donör bir bisikletten aldım süspansiyonu yani özgün değil. Tamamen youtube dan izlediğim videolardan faydalanarak yaptım. Bende e bike olarak dönüşüm yapmak istiyorum ama ne alacagımı bilmiyorum siz kit olarak ne kullandınız acaba?
Beğendiğiniz için teşekürler. Ben hiç hazır parça kullanmadım. Şase kendi imalatım. Motor olarak Aliexpress ten 1000 Watt ebike hazır kitlerinden aldım. Arka teker için olan kitlerden aldım. Aklınıza takılan birşey olursa yardımcı olamaya çalışırım.

Şaseyi elimde mevcut olan doğalgaz borularından yaptım. Bütün şase kendi imalatım, bir bisikletten alıntı yapmadım. Etli profil olduğundan kaynaklarda hiç bir sıkıntı olmadı. Epey sağlam...

Do you have any issues with the battery set so high. My idea is to mount two lower down on paniers and hide the motor from prying eyes. ( I'm also for ghost peddling only :) )
I don't have any problems, it's very easy to disassemble, charge and reattach wherever you want. Actually, I made a mounting place on the back of the seat, but I gave up because there was no disassembly.

Apparemment il y a beaucoup de demande pour faire une construction identique les trike commerciaux sont trop chère pour certaine bourse.

Merci pour votre sympathie. Je ne l'ai pas fait selon un certain plan. Je l'ai fait avec la méthode d'essai à faire soi-même. @@DiyTv77 thanks for your response, I want to know if you also made the knuckles yourself. The knuckles are the ones holding the front wheels for easy steering left and right. Can you share some details about that please.
@@AlakoweMechanic I made the joints myself. I used different bearings. I made the joints using fisheye bearings. appears in the video. But if you want more details, I can help.
