Aside from a balanced personality and great talent, Radu seems to have a good manager who recognizes Radu's strengths. As for Arseni - I would say he should change managers. He is very sexy but his manager brings him out as though he were some loser begging for love. Don't understand how he can be so dense. Radu is going places and he incredibly sympatico.
