I don't understand this step. If you're reading and backing up the data and modifying the backup, how does the new .bin file with the new key's data move over to the CAS4 module without writing it back? It's physically separated. Can someone answer that?
i did not try this nor do i have these VVDI equipment, but i think they just clone the keys, nothings else. They don't actually write a new key to it. I could be wrong but this is what i think they do. This probably is the reason why lockartist (search youtube for his video that includes the car starting) is saying not to have both keys inside the car. Would be nice if someone could confirm this.
@@4evermetalhead79 I can answer it.. the cas4 has already preset key slots.. when you read the key info from a slot and write it to the key the key is already ready to sync with the car and it will work since the cas4 already had the info in it to begin with
