I am a Hindu Brahmin and my wife married of same community with arranged marriage. My wife abandoned me with my child and my in laws say that you need to make another home. I filed RCR but I want to put one criminal case against my wife for not taking care of my widowed mother. I also want to file criminal case against my in-laws for forcing me to make another home. Is this a correct step to make?

Both means the same thing...the only difference is, the usage of the term. Hindu undivided family is used in Indian tax act.
