The best looking bike ever made.
The Cafe racer of the day spoken in awe of! Unbeaten by any before or since!
Not a cafe racer its a race bike big difference
Nothing beats the sound of a Norton Manx,)
Kawasaki ninja h2 be like hold my fuel.
I would love to back in time and bring a bunch home in crates..and every used bikes and all of the new and used parts.
That wonderful deep growl when the throttle is shut!
Hailwood won the Senior TT in 1961 and averaged over 100 mph for the race - the first person to do so on a Manx Norton .
First rider on a Norton to do it?? First to the tt at 100mph was Bob Macyntire on a Gilera.
What a beautiful piece of engineering. A good one would reach 140 mph.
Wonder if it is a 350 or a 500. Had some difficulty hearing the speaker. Exhaust is 350 with reverse cone. The 500 has no reverse cone and a flat on the mega preventing cracking. Not as many believe to get more lean angle.
Like the scalloped petrol tank with recesses for the riders hands and legs.
i have always thought that 1 cylinder bikes sounded bad, well, it was until i found this....
Can almost smell the "R"
I can't get over how big those head and jug are. Compare them to the Yamaha SR 500 or the BSA B50.
