Starcraft 2 Beta 4p FFA NYDUS SURPRISE!!! p. 3/3

THIRD PART
In this FFA (free for all) match where I (EggsandBacon) play as Zerg, after relatively easily dispatching the first opponent in part 2 after superior economy in part 1, I get ready to see if my nydus surprise will work on the second zerg opponent. Guess what happens, YEP he goes down hard.
Before that, though, he starts complaining that his 7 roach attack didnt go through because he was trying something new, but I have no idea what his plan was, he must not have thought I could have had 36 mutalisks ready to counter whatever the heck he throws at me. He throws some corruptors but My mutas take them down easily.
So my nydus surprise works again, and my ultras and hydras combine with my mutas to decimate his entire base. Be sure to see his response to utter humiliation, it's rather cute.
Finally I decide to see if I can pull off another nydus on the last zerg and whaddaya know, I do. Anyways, he admits defeat although he seems to stick around to make sure I don't quit prematurely or d/c and decides to have a last ditch attempt to destroy me by way of spore creepers. Unfortunately for him, I have 3 expansions, and plenty of ultralisks even if he managed to take out my mutas, and he finally gives up.

it is odd that the last one to go was the most mature in handleing defeet. the first was like "OMG KILL THE GUY KILLING ME SO I CAN WIN"
the second was "well i would have won if i didnt try a new build (but if you have a plan that usually works why would you swich?)
and the last said "GG"

You were lucky that they didn't harrass you too much. Especially early on in the game.

I posted up a response video of mine w/ some comentary to help out newer players with basic zerg teching to nydus strategy... more for 2v2 cause I have a partner make the air units to take out heavy ground but still helpful hopefully.

Most FFA games begin with turtles esp with new players so its a good move to fast expo. That guy who produced 6 lings at the start should have harassed. he would've kill 1 player of his choosing

geez... everybody playing zerg and yet nobody rushes... even when, in the first video of this game, the guy says roach + zergling rush

Nice replay, although very risky, you kinda got lucky no one scouted you early, you were a sitting duck for quite awhile. These other zerg players were noobs.
Bit of constructive criticism, your mid game, when your sitting on 5k minerals, throw down 2-3 extra hatcheries in your base and spend that extra minerals on speedlings for scouting and harassment.

The guy who said. "I shouldn't of tried a new strat" Why? You tried it and it didn't work, you got test results from your new strat. Bad results maybe, but at least you know not to do the same thing again.

But man , who are you playing against ? They don't even have 2 untis !! Lmao wtf ? The last man didn't have nothing against you ! You have played against noob. Nobody rush , nobody is doing units , wtf ? Sure that the nydus work, try it again in a 4 ffa with protoss and terrans who are not playing since 1 day.
