@ not as you age and you can’t climb 3 or 4 flights of stairs. Also, you don’t want to end up having a stroke or getting dementia in a foreign country without any support around you. I’m British it’s not that far but still long way when you’re in the very last chapter of your life 😢.

The shower has no grab bars and no built in seating - how does one wash one's feet standing ? (Why are there so few bathtubs in Italian houses ? )The price is too high for a 50 M2 property.....

We always compare the property prices of other properties on the market in the same area, this area is one of the nicest in Monopoli and therefore carry a more important price point

Monopoli is expensive. For the location, the price is great. But, please, Italian kitchen designers, stop cramming the sink way over to the side (and also stop putting the stove top RIGHT beside the sink (though not in this kitchen)). For me, the worst thing is looking at the toilet through the open door; another design flaw. Beautiful terrace.
You people keep talking about these churches all around like that's a good thing. I've lived near train tracks - I don't see horns or bells going off all the time as peaceful... hard pass. Cute apartment though... find one a few miles (5-10 miles) from any church.
Depends on how close the church’s are. I think if they are right next door then yes it could be an issue, but here we have a good amount of distance so although you hear the bells clearly, it is a pleasant sound. Reminding you that you are in one of the most beautiful places in the world 🌎 😅
