Just a tipp I had to discover myself when my hair started to fall out is to use a hairdryer. My scalp does not want to be wet for longer then a few minutes. I have struggled since my teenage years (far beyond that now), and since I am religiously drying my hair my scalp has gotten so much better. Also try not to get perfume or other irritants on your scalp. At least for me that is a no-go. 😊
