Deze week in onze ronde om Haarlem 2 nieuwe meeuwen, 50, de stormmeeuw (0:18) en 51, de kleine mantelmeeuw (2:12), daarnaast 52, de mooie buizerd (3:52) en twee soorten die terug zijn uit hun overwinteringsgebieden, 53, de lepelaar (5:01) en 54, de kluut (6:14)! Ook nog een blik op [soort nr. 46] een biddende torenvalk (mannetje!, op 1:56) en [26] een vliegende houtduif met kenmerkende witte streep op de vleugel (op 1:37). A round trip around Haarlem and the polders east of it yield two new gulls, the common gull (0:18) and the lesser black-backed gull (2:12). We see a buzzard (3:52) and two birds that arrived from their wintering grounds, the spoonbill (5:01) and the avocet (6:14). We also spot a hovering male kestrel (1:56) and a wood pigeon (1:37).
