Spoiler warning I love how they used a subtle psychological trick to press them forward. The clock ticking gave them a sense of urgency, a time limit they couldn’t see, so they couldn’t leave now. I have a feeling that the ticking had indeed gotten the slightest bit louder, but not by much, just enough for it to be a subtle presence when fighting Sato. And when the clock ticked faster, it made Uravity faster, think more frantically, cause her heart to speed up and trigger the adrenaline in a fight or flight default
