The reason some sever are darker than others is because of the day and night setting if you go to the top of your screen bye the chats there is a little moon icon press on it and it changes it from night to day (srry if this is confusing 😭)
girly the lobbies arent darker, you see that moon icon on the top left on the left side of the servers button? tap that, it's a toggle. it makes your lobby night or day
