    I love a cold call, however find it harder and harder to get people who pick up the phone. I wonder if this is a trend others are seeing? Great tips, thank you Leanne!

      Seeing the same. I try to do the calls after I have sent an intro email so it is not such a "cold" call. Getting past the gate keepers if you are looking for the specific planner contact info when not on their website is my biggest challenge. More and more websites are not including emails.
