@@sadiakhann for some reason anytime I do these types of cookies they come out flat they still have to foot but they’re supper flat I may be over mixing it but they tasted amazing! I would plan a whole day off just to make these because they’re slightly challenging (I also bake but not as often so maybe that’s why they didn’t come out a bit thicker)
When I make mines the batter is really running but I’m able to make the figure 8 with it. I will try your recipe next time! Your shells look gorgeous!!!

I have conventional oven too and can’t wait to for hubby to get me a convection oven😊 before I would set my temp to 300 and drop it to 280 and have flat feet for my macaron shells and noticed when I raise it to 310 than after having my shells cook for 5 min I would turn them around to get an even bake I’d drop the temp to 300 and works better that way but using Swiss method. So hoping when I do use your French method it’ll work the same 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏🏽😁Tnx agin for your amazing recipes 😍
Hi, sorry this recipe requires almond flour. Unfortunately I don’t have a recipe using cake flour, but I’ve seen people make it with all purpose flour before. It does yield a different texture.
Does the measurements all the grams and cups are accurate please I would like to make those but when I looked at the measurements it’s seems off not sure why ?
Hi, cup measurements are approximate only. Please you grams for precise measurements. I only mention cups for those whom does not have a weight measurements.

Have you ever been able to make strawberry shells by adding freeze dried strawberries? I heard a few recipes use it to flavor the shells.

You can also use strawberry essence. It makes the shells taste like strawberries

1 stick butter, 114 grams.

I do recommend gel food coloring.
I do have powder food coloring, how much teaspoons/tablespoon should I use for this measurement?
