This video you are watching is the handwork of just one cameraman. The same cameraman handled two cameras and a drone at the same time.
This is not a paid job.
To cover athletics competition at a stadium professionally, you would need more than 8 cameras with more than 10 cameras. About 4 cameras will be stationed, 4 will be movable, and the others will be fixed (or remote controlled). You would need video transmission and switch gadgets. There should also be a production room where all the footage will be transmitted to, where switching of the scenes will be done.

Most of the sports channels you see on TH-cam have one camera man too.
As a solo camera man you should know these stuffs. Even me that I am not a camera man I know these basic things.
You should always know the right place to stand/sit to capture your scenes. With this games for example, you should have gone up in the stance to sit at the media space area so you will get a clearer view of the stadium.
You claim you are a solo camera man yet you decided to stand at the lower level of the field to capture the games. Who does that?
*If you do your job well you will get more subscribers and you will get paid by TH-cam so learn the job well and do the right thing.*
