Rachell I get tension headaches all the time and they are not fun. I find the best thing to help is excedrin. Also a heating pad. I look back and don’t know how I survived having 3 kids under 4 that weren’t great sleepers. But I’m now 60 and insomnia is still a major problem. I hope you feel better soon.😊
Rachelle…go to your doctor and have them check your hormone levels. This can happen as you get older and your hormone levels change. I also do get migraines but mine are typically on the sides and up the back of my head from my neck. My tension headaches are usually all over…not in one location but I read it’s possible for them to be localized to one area so maybe that’s the issue. But I would definitely have the hormone levels checked. You’ve had several kids in a short amount of time and your hormone levels could just be out of balance. That happened to me and once I got them straightened out those my headaches decreased a great deal. Good luck and hope you find the answer. Have a wonderful week!!!
Watching the cat eat the flowers was funny I have 3 cats two that are 2 years in May they are blood brother and sister jasper my boy B/ white his sister Pebbles Tabby & baby Amber ginger girl 4 months yeasterday. They are all getting big now the boys are just lovely talking away & Emma is very artistic she is going to be a painter. I am a pet artist and would happily paint Beau just post a photo of this full face I will post it to you.
The head pain you’re describing sounds a lot like what I’ve gone through for years which is called Occipital Neuralgia. Definitely look into this and talk with a doctor as well!
What helps me for migraines is frozen treats. Otter pops, ice cream sandwiches, sorbet etc. It gives me a mild but temporary brain freeze and lasts a couple hours. Just like putting ice on anything else to reduce inflammation. My doctor also gives me a PRN prescription for Imitrex for the really bad days. Hope you feel better 🥰
Hi Rachelle! Long time subscriber here. As someone who has a tumor literally in the middle of my brain, if it was something like that that was causing the pain, my neurologist has always said that it would be past excruciating. I’m not sure what kind of pain comes after that, but I definitely understand where you are coming from. No harm in getting checked out just in case. Keep doing you girl! You rock!
I have a genetic disease that causes my ligaments to be too stretchy, which causes my neck muscles to be too tight. So I get really bad tension heads almost daily. Tricks are an ice pack on the neck, can alternate with a heating pad also. Massaging peppermint oil on your temples, taking a hot bath relax your muscles… But my number one is having my husband rub my neck and shoulders to release some of the tension. Good luck, headaches are the worst when you are a busy mom.
Ever since having my son, I've been dealing with what's called menstrual migraines. They mostly occur around my cycle, and it wasn't until experiencing them myself, that I then realized my mom had them too! In fact, all the women on my moms side seem to suffer with them. Sometimes I get them not even around my cycle, but boy...they're horrible! Usually if I feel one coming on, I take something for it immediately. Then drink plently of water, and try a hot shower. Magnesium can help as well! If they keep occuring, it doesn't hurt to speak with your doctor about them! Hope you feel better soon ❤
I get tension migraines, but mine are mechanical. Posture and having a sedentary job make it difficult to prevent, but acupuncture and chiropractic help so much. I do trigger point massage on myself as well because my headaches mostly stem from muscle spasms up the back of my neck that loop over my ears into my temples and jaw. Make sure you're not grinding or clenching your teeth because my neck tension has led to me clenching and now I'm dealing with TMJ. Basically, find your triggers and try to avoid them!
I just wanted to say I love the balance you have found with showing/not-showing the kids. I have become much more aware of what content I am watching and how much personal information etc some people share. I think it's so nice that you don't vlog everything your kids do - like the trip to the snow actually just being family time. I hope your headache goes away soon - definitely try and force yourself to eat when the kids do and see if that helps at all!
I live in Minnesota and in the winter you just need to bundle up as much as you can but you can get used to the weather the longer you live in a cold climate
Rachelle I had trouble with headaches for a year or so. The doctors tried everything, even gave me antidepressants altho I didn't feel stressed out or anything. Come to find out, it was a bad tooth. I went to the dentist for a checkup and they fix the tooth with a root canal and poof no more headaches.
That headache sounds terrible! I haven't typically had migraines, but have had a headache like that which won't go away. For me, it has almost always ended up being a sinus infection but without typical sinus infection symptoms. It always feels like there were was something tugging at the back of my brain. A lot like a spinal headache as well! I hope that you start feeling better quickly!
Rachelle, yes...go to a Dr as soon as possible. If you can you should try to see a neurologist. There are so many new meds now and a neurologist can recommend one for you once they determine the type of headaches you are having. I started having migraines in the 1980s and back then there was only pain relief which didn't work. Now they have meds that help with vascular issues. I ended up going on disability because of them. Scents were a nightmare for me and everyone at work likes to smell good. Also, one of the daily meds that I took was causing me kidney stones but it worked for a few years. I would rather have a kidney stone than a migraine. Be careful with essential oils , you might like a scent and it could be an underlying problem for you. Start charting on a calendar good or bad days and if you get ANY type of headache list your days events, smells (even good ones) , stressors, sleep, foods, anything. If you get enough of them you might see a trend and possibly help your Dr with what type of med you could use. Imitrex was helpful for me. Good luck Rachelle. ALSO, if you have a migraine get Justin to massage your feet. Something to do with pressure points. My daughter would rub my feet for me and I would pay her ! Lol She always had spening money and it saved me from buying her the little extras.
I feel for you Rachel. When you have little ones to care for, it doesn't make much difference whether it is a migraine or a tension headache. I have had both, and when your head is throbbing, you are nauseated and your hair hurts, not to mention your teeth hurting and your eyes feeling like someone is poking them from the inside of your head, all you want to do sometimes is crawl inside the darkest closet to get away from light and noise. And when you have little ones to look after you have to soldier on.
Rochelle take some magnesium tablets and eat bananas it makes the headaches and migraines go away. And the pain is from the severe headache. I have it. But trust me the magnesium will really help !! Feel better
Your Valentine's Day plans for the kids sounds so nice. I know they'll enjoy those special surprises tomorrow. Mister was eating your flower arrangement. :-) Watch him as some plants can be poisonous for cats. Enjoy your special day with the family tomorrow and I hope the headaches are better.
Hi Rachelle... PLEASE PLEASE go to a Dr-A GOOD DR if your head doesn't ease up sweets! I don't want to scare you but a friend of a friend had an aneurysm and could have possibly prevented it had she not ignored the symptoms. I am sure yours is the stress from no sleep and diet but it's better to be safe than sorry! Again, I do not want you fearing the worst but I felt I needed to just inform you of her regret of not taking the time to have it checked out! God bless and Happy Valentines Day to you all! 🙏💛💛🙏
Rachelle, I have had migraines for many years & thought at first they were sinus related but after trying a migraine medication that was recommended by a neurologist & it worked, he said they were migraines. I have lots of headaches especially at the change of seasons (winter to spring, and fall to winter). My daughter-in-law has suggested that I try this combo that she swears by. She has also recommended it, with success, to friends and family. But instead I didn’t try it and I always went right to my migraine meds. But about a month ago I did try it and it really did work. I have used it many times since. In the past Tylenol, Ibuprophen, or Aleive alone never would cure my headaches but this combo of over the counter meds has. Here’s what it is. You take this combo at the same time, one of each: Tylenol (acetaminophen) + Ibuprofen + Benadryl. Give it a try and see if it helps you. In addition, my head also has painful areas on it that feel like it does if I come up under something (like an upper cupboard) and hit my head. I can press on it anytime and the pain is always there. Not sure what causes it but likely related to my propensity for headaches.
I had Migraines ever since I started my periods when I was 13. They were so horrible. The visual aura and headache pain plus throwing up a lot. When I got older I stopped throwing up, but, half of my face and half of my left arm to my elbow would tingle and then go numb. Scared me. My doctor prescribed Imitrex and I took it for a few months, but, my doctor told me to stop taking it. For some reason my Migraines have stopped. I hadn't had one for many years except for the end of last year I had 2. Not bad ones. Just the visual aura. No headache. Love your vlogs and your family!
If you think it’s a tension headache, try getting a massage on your upper body and do some stretching to release the tense muscles. If that doesn’t work & you’re still suffering from chronic headaches see a neurologist that specializes in migraines and they’ll ask you tons of questions and figure out a treatment plan. Also, try to avoid taking meds for headaches if they aren’t bad, as that can unfortunately cause a rebound headache! I’ve been prescribed emgality and it’s a literal life saver. I went from having headaches off and on DAILY to having practically zero and it’s the biggest relief to not be in pain on a daily basis.
I suffer from miragraine/tension headaches and the trick I don't for fast relief is having a shower as hot as I can handle for a few minutes, turning it freezing cold for a few minutes and then turning it to normal temperature. I basically go into recovery mode where I can handle panadol, water and food again.
I've had migraines since 11 years old. I can tell you feeling pain and pressure with sudden movements of your head is absolutely normal.after a migraine. They are not regular headaches and affect so much more than just the head.
I love following your journey as a couple and now a family! Rachelle, you are a great mom and super human! You've got this and I look forward to any content you guys post
So sorry about the headaches, I have migraines and was diagnosed with cluster migraines. My youngest son was diagnosed as a toddler. Worse thing ever cause nothing I could do. Broke my heart. They give me meds but I hate them. My mom went through it to my whole life and yea I do what you said your mom did. 😢 headaches suck.
I get headaches every so often and it feels like a ball bouncing off my brain, that’s the best way to describe the pain and it’s also a 24 hour thing and medication doesn’t help. I looked it up a while back and it said it could be dehydration, I also had a traumatic brain injury when I was 4 but I got my brain checked out a few years ago of some other headaches I was having every day or so and I had nothing wrong but these other headaches I get I’m not sure what they are from, I just read it could be dehydration and the pain is also on the top of my head so we might have the same thing going on.
Hi Rachelle, I am a migraine sufferer since I’m in my teens and I understand your pain. If you get frequent migraines then you need to see your doctor. If you suffer from migraines, triptans help the best, they are better than other painkillers. Hope you feel better soon 🤍 greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
A few things I use for my migraines (I have chronic migraines and suffer daily) I use peppermint or lavender essential oils. (I don't know if either is safe while breastfeeding) I put it on my temples, back of neck, and behind my ears. I prefer peppermint because of the cooling effect it gives.
I have had migraines for over 50 years!! They are almost always the result of weather, or not eating or sleeping properly. Getting irregular sleep with a baby, combined with the hormone fluctuations can certainly start one.
When you talked about still having the headache I thought you say might want to check with the doctor. Will your insurance pay for an urgent care visit? I have migraines last January i had a daily migraine for the entire month. It took 3 trips to an urgent care and 2 to the ER before the cycle broke. I saw a neurologist like in March of 2022 and he has a note in my file that if i get into the cycle that i cant break he will call in a prescription.
i’m 23 and suffer with migraines. i have done since i was 7 years old. they are horrible and i don’t wish them on anyone. they continue to ruin my life and no one can do anything about it
You are probably correct that you are having a tension headache, however please check with your doctor. I would think that you need an MRI just to rule out other things. It’s very important that you do this asap. Your children are just adorable! You are such a great mom!❤
1,000 mg of magnesium will greatly help. Also drinking water. The body is compromised of about 70% water. Soo take your weight, divide it by half and drink that amount of liquid a day. I know it might sound overwhelming when you first try, but once your body gets adjusted your be amazed how great you feel, not to mention your skin, especially your face. I know you must be thinking how can I do this with 4 children? Yes, the first day you’ll be in the bathroom lots, then they body adjusts and it will seem normal. So hope you’ll give this a try. Has helped almost completely erasing my daily headaches.. 🤞🤞🤞 ,
1,000mg of magnesium relaxes me and relieves my migraines/headaches really quickly. Also, food grade peppermint oil on a cool rag on my forehead. I feel you on the not being able to eat! Things have been crazy lately 🙃
I had a “cluster” headache that I thought I was having a stroke. I ended up in the ER and that’s what diagnosed me with. My head was like yours for about a week and then it was literally sore. I just rode it out and made sure I was hydrated and did sleep more. I hope you find what works for you. ♥️♥️♥️
Going to the chiropractor consistently, making sure you’re drinking enough water, having snacks throughout the day if you’re not able to eat an actual meal, definitely sleeping more. Migraines and tension headaches are awful - I’ve been a sufferer since I was 11. Going to the doctor is a great idea, even if it’s just to give you some peace of mind.
I’ve had migraines for 11 years from a TBI. They get so bad. I was on a medication to prevent them from happening before I got pregnant that I can no longer take with breastfeeding 😢 best thing I do when I get them is putting an ice pack on the back of my neck and my feet in warm water! Massages also help.
I used to get chronic migraines. I got the daith piercing on both sides. They are absolutely miserable. But I agree it seems like a deficiency and lack of sleep headache. 😔
I've suffered from cluster headaches, a steroid treatment is the only thing that helped. It was one of the worst pains I've ever been in and truly dehabilitating. Definitely recommend pursuing options from doctors/chiropractors
You are an amazing mother. Your kids are very lucky to have you. I say this with love. Please get back onto your anxiety medicine. You are experiencing anxiety headaches. Using caffeine is contributing to that. Your constant nose and hair touching are also symptoms of anxiety. Having a baby who does not sleep well is rough, but she may be picking up on your anxiety. It's hard to put yourself first, but you need to so you can continue being the incredible mom that you are.
Are you breastfeeding? I realized I wasn’t eating and drinking anywhere near enough and was getting crazy headaches. I’ve made myself be a lot better with it and it has definitely helped. I’ve also been using an inversion table, I think looking down so much has tightened all the muscles. Hope it gets better for you
Taking magnesium glycinate helped a ton with my migraines. The majority of people are deficient and it can help a ton not only with that but also heart health and energy. There are different forms you can take but glycinate and bicarbonate are the best for absorbability.
I get migraines daily. I've had them last for 4-5 days before. I take medication for mine and Excedrin when I'm at work. My medication makes them bearable and working third shift does too. I have to have it as dark as possible when I have one.
So sorry you’re suffering with these headaches but it’s not surprising. You’re an amazing mom but it’s still a lot of hardwork looking after 4 little ones, bless them plus this concern about your heart which really needs to be taken seriously so, yes, you need a good doctor that’s for sure 🙏🏼 xxx I love what you had arranged for Valentine’s Day for the kids. That’s so sweet and I bet the kids adored it all. Doing stuff for the homeless with the kids is also lovely and I’ve no doubt Emma and the boys will continue to grow into beautiful people who want to help others as will baby Faye ❤ Sending so much love & gentle, healing hugs for your poorly head ❤❤❤ 🫶♥️✨🦋🌹🦋✨♥️🫶 xxxxxxxx
Rachelle I have suffered with headaches/migraines for many years. If I remember correctly, you had epidural. Perhaps you may need to see a chiropractor for an adjustment. Also, maybe take time for yourself to relax in a bath and try drinking some electrolytes too. Dehydration will cause headaches/migraines. Hope you feel better soon.
It sounds more like migraines to me. While they're usually on one side, they can be on the top of the head in some cases. The fact that you're getting pain when you cough or sneeze makes me think this is residual from a migraine. Definitely see a doctor. They can give you medication to help with it. Also, keep a diary. That can help you find any potiential triggers. The same things that cause tension headaches that you mentioned can also cause migraines. Given that your Mum has migraines, I'm also inclined to lean towards you having migraines. In the meantime, I would take Tylanol to take the edge off the pain when you cough or sneeze. Having said that, it's not uncommon for people who get migraines to also get tension headaches & vice versa. But any development of pain should always be checked out by a doctor. Yes, there are serious things, but there are also much less serious things that can be easily treated. And having it on your medical records could be very important if something serious were to happen. For example, certain medications are not an option for people with migraines. If it is migraines, it's not safe for you to take HRT, since people with migraines are at a greater risk of strokes from HRT. Your doctor needs to have that on your records.
My migraines started in my 30’s and finished at menopause. My daughter is in her 30’s and has them now. Hormone related but mine were tension as well. Don’t spend time and $ treating yourself, get help if they increase. Saw Mister eating flowers, can I suggest you get him a small tub of cat grass from your garden center. My indoor cat loves hers.
Does light bother your eyes? Migraines often are related to light. I have had them since I was 15. Sixty years later I have started on meds, they work. Good luck.
I have suffered from migraines for 30yrs. I’ve got really good at knowing when they’ll happen now. I’m usually very tired and yawn a lot. Then I see blotches and then that’s it my head is banging and I’m sick. I also get tension headaches. And again tiredness causes it. I have to be so careful as mine can turn into a migraine. If this is something new to you, I’d advise you to get checked out. Anything new should be. And get a different doctor. Anyone that doesn’t take you seriously over your heart, shouldn’t be a doctor. 💜
My migraines can be caused by certain foods and drinks, I did an intolerance test which has helped me, caffeine really is no good for migraines. Hope you sort them out
Do you ever co-sleep with Faye? I know it's not ideal for some people, but it's a life-saver for me. I nurse/co-sleep with my daughter and get so much more sleep than I would if I were getting up multiple times a night. Just an idea, hope you get some relief!
Migraines are no joke. Mine always last at least one week. However,my longest one was 4 months. It was an allergic migraine I was having a yogurt for breakfast and come to find out I’m allergic to dairy.
I get migraines and tension headaches and they are really awful. My tend to come along with my period (such a fun time!!) I did cut out caffeine and that helped a lot, although it was tough to do xx
Did you have an epidural with Faye? I recall some moms having bad headaches from epidural procedure, associated with the spinal site entry…. Mention to the OB for guidance
When you have the bad headache be sure to take your blood pressure. Mt migraines used to be on one side of my head by an eye. Try to stay hydrated, make sure to eat and rested. Lol. I know that's hard for a mom but it does help.
Hey have you had your thyroid checked? I had thyroid issues for years and was ignored by my doctor because my levels were "normal". After my twins, I saw a different doctor and with the labs she ran, we discovered that I have hypothyroidism and hashimotos. It is definitely worth a check, especially an antibodies test. I get heads when my medication is off.
How did you get diagnosed? My fertility doctor put me on thyroid medication even though my tsh was “normal.” I’ve definitely noticed I feel better and have symptom improvement but I haven’t been definitively diagnosed with hypothyroidism or anything else.
My husband suffers from horrible tension headaches and has for years. Sleep, hydration and Excedrin Tension Headache medicine is what helps him. Excedrin makes one specifically for tension.
Excedrin. Water. Meal replacement drinks so you get nutrients. Sunglasses every time you go out in the sun. And blue light glasses because you spend a lot of time looking at screens, filming, and editing.
Rachel I get migraines daily. My migraines very where they are at depending on what type of migraine I have. I get ones one the top of my head like you have I lave ones that are on one side of head and sometimes both sides of head and sinus migraines and sleep deprivation migraines, and migraines in the back of my head I even get tension headaches. Trust me when you have had a migraine and also have had a tension headache you will know the difference very quickly. I do see a doctor for all my migraines and have migraine prescriptions to help with those. I hope you get some answers so you can get relief
I hope to god you dont start suffering from migraine ........I started at 9 my son at 8 ......it is so debilitating it affected our schooling I eventually had it ease in my early 20s but my son at 36 still suffers to the point he now has cluster headaches he cannot work its so sad ......x
That likely was a migraine! The headache in the days after is a residual headache- I get them as well after a migraine and sneezing/coughing or any sudden movement hurts. It's just the ending of the migraine, which makes them different from bad headaches- migraines last days from start to finish (some get aura first, then the migraine, then the residual headache afterwards). The Institute of Human Anatomy has a helpful video that explains migraines a little bit more- I'll link it here! th-cam.com/video/MVBNZoEzD1k/w-d-xo.html My migraines are often tied to my period, they usually occur around the same time and so for me, Midol works extremely well as a migraine medicine because it's two headache meds in one + caffeine. Excedrin migraine meanwhile does not help me and somehow seems to be worse than not taking anything, but it's really a trial and error to see what works for you!
Rachelle I’m so sorry you had such a rough time especially whilst looking after the kiddos nothing worse. Remember also your breast feeding on top of lack of sleep. So the food issue is probs a bigger one for you. As you know breast feeding sucks your body of every nutrient and fluid so you definitely need to keep up eating and fluids. And the big one for tension headaches sleep. But I would also still get a doctors appointment just to make sure as it was your first one. That pain now would be like residual pain from the intensity of the headache but get it checked for sure. Sending loads of love always Leisa Xxx Hope you feel better soon
The kids are so cute and you are great parents. Mister in the background just eating some flowers LOL right as you were talking about not eating well. Good timing Mister lol
I suffer hypertension headaches was diagnosed after my daughter and recently started having them again after my stillbirth of my son in October yours sound the same so I feel your pain especially when u have to still be mommy as well it's hard so if u ever need any advice pop me a message IL be happy to help what helps me 😊
Please take care of yourself love. I worry about you and Justin both. You both fill everyone else’s tank before you fill your own. Sometimes you need to follow the airplane rule: put your oxygen mask first before helping others. Please know I mean this in the most gentle and kind way possible ❤️
I’ve suffered horrible migraines my entire life, well since I was a teenager, and mine are most always on one side, not the top. Although, the pain is so severe and for so long, sometimes for many days, that those areas are most definitely very sore for many days post migraine, as if they feel bruised from the pain. That’s totally normal in my opinion, that if you had a bad enough headache, you’d definitely feel sore from it. I can’t even touch over my eyes, my brow, those specific areas for a few days after a migraine because they’re so sore. God Bless!! 🙏🏼👍✨
I suffer from them as well and I know what u mean my head in some place it hurts to touch after.I can get one big one a year that knocks me out for three days
Sometimes after a migraine you can still get a headache for a while afterwards sometimes a few days. I have suffered migraines on and off since a teenage I tend to take paracetamol or ibuprofen as soon as I feel one coming on and most times I can get rid of it before it gets worse., sending lots of love your way xxx
I suffer migraines I suffer really bad when I was in school. I used to to make me feel sick I had to sleep in the dark the lights made it worse even noise made it worse. I also get mention head akkes. Love ur videos love from uk.
I had this after my 2nd was born. I would get migraines and headaches so bad I would get thrown into a panic attack. Excedrin Migrane was so helpful for me. They did eventually go away but they were awful.
I have been getting migraines since I was 2 or 3 years old. They run in my family. I also get tension headaches I use over the counter Excedrin Tension Headache pills. They work great for me.
I get them all. All the evil headaches. I really dislike the ones that act like a stroke. I had a migraine for 10 days in a row plus another 7 days of antibiotics after they checked for brain bleed. Currently they get set off by atmospheric change. That could be me driving up the side of a mountain or a storm. Those I can control with the old school sudafed. When they first started it was almost always on a day where I hadn't eaten yet. So the best thing to do is start a food diary to figure out what triggers you have.
Have you ever tried ice on top of your head and behind your neck? I have migraines and sometimes my meds don't work fully and ice is the only thing that helps. But I also suffer from headaches and very many types. I am even on a pill every day as a preventative. You may want to go to the Dr get it checked out and see if you can see neurologist and a CT to make sure it is all ok I work in neurology for 13 years and have seen many different things. I'm not trying to scare you just be better safe than sorry especially if it took over 24hrs for the pain to go away that is not normal.
I get migraines ALL THE TIME. No cure for migraines unfortunately but they say lots of water and less sugar is helpful 🤷🏻♀️ Mine do come right at the back of my eye, it’s HORRIBLE
1 started Aimovig over a year ago after suffering debilitating migraines for over ten years. I can honestly say it has changed Ever! I still get bad headaches, but nothing like before,! Get a good neurologist who specializes in headaches!
Can you make bigger dinner portions, so you can save some to have as leftovers for lunch? Also, get some hummus and precut some raw veggies to have as a healthy lunch.
Over night oats are a good choice for a breakfasts, just have to prepare the night before then grab it out of a morning. Hope your feeling better soon xx
I know you said it may not be migraines, but I was having migraines and headaches everyday until I saw a chiropractor! Migraines are gone, and I don’t get headaches EVERY day lol Just a suggestion! ❤
In my experience having headaches on top of my head like that has always ended up being weather and/or stress related. Stress does crazy things to your body! I always manifest stress physically, so I end up freaking out that something serious is wrong. Then after a dr visit I end up feeling better. It’s never a bad idea to get checked if you are worried in any case…it definitely will give you peace of mind.
Hi Rachelle,
I am a migraine sufferer since I’m in my teens and I understand your pain.
I had migraines and they suck. Once I had a hysterectomy it went away. It was all hormone related. Hope it gets better 🙏
Mister minding his own business and eating the flowers in the background😂 (10:38)
Omg I was laughing sooooo hard lmao :'D
,
1,000mg of magnesium relaxes me and relieves my migraines/headaches really quickly.
I get tension headaches and I know your pain! It sounds just like it. What helped me was going to the chiropractor!
What can help with tension? Headaches is go to a chiropractor sometimes headaches come from your neck too
I really love the valentine's day cards with the bracelets together, they're beautiful
I have suffered from migraines since i was 8, and it runs in the family. i feel your pain. I hope you are ok xxx
You’re an amazing mom but it’s still a lot of hardwork looking after 4 little ones, bless them plus this concern about your heart which really needs to be taken seriously so, yes, you need a good doctor that’s for sure 🙏🏼 xxx
I love what you had arranged for Valentine’s Day for the kids. That’s so sweet and I bet the kids adored it all.
Doing stuff for the homeless with the kids is also lovely and I’ve no doubt Emma and the boys will continue to grow into beautiful people who want to help others as will baby Faye ❤
Sending so much love & gentle, healing hugs for your poorly head ❤❤❤
🫶♥️✨🦋🌹🦋✨♥️🫶 xxxxxxxx
You have incredible patience! I am over here struggling with a 5 and 1.5 year old!
Hope you sort them out
I just don't eat anything with sugar or gluten, vegetable oils, ultraprocesed food, etc... that helped A LOT with the migraines.
Do you ever co-sleep with Faye? I know it's not ideal for some people, but it's a life-saver for me. I nurse/co-sleep with my daughter and get so much more sleep than I would if I were getting up multiple times a night. Just an idea, hope you get some relief!
I get bad headaches and drinking a lot of water does help! I feel bad for you. Headaches suck!
I have migraines but mine are triggered by certain foods...more specifically gluten and any type of grain.
Teaching the kids to give back is so important💝
if Mister gets sick , at least you have video footage of what he was eating
Migraines are no joke. Mine always last at least one week. However,my longest one was 4 months. It was an allergic migraine I was having a yogurt for breakfast and come to find out I’m allergic to dairy.
I get migraines and tension headaches and they are really awful. My tend to come along with my period (such a fun time!!)
I did cut out caffeine and that helped a lot, although it was tough to do xx
Rachelle, you are such a great mom. I just love your family. I hope you feel better with your headaches. They are definitely not fun!
Did you have an epidural with Faye? I recall some moms having bad headaches from epidural procedure, associated with the spinal site entry…. Mention to the OB for guidance
I started having these exact same headaches, and after, it feels like I had hit my head, but I know it extends from my headache.
What helps with my headaches is excedrin & a antihistamine. My doctor told me about it and it really has helped.
I've recently started having migraines... they're horrible...
You may want to call your doctor since you're still having pain.
Sending loads of love always Leisa Xxx
Hope you feel better soon
If you put a box of baking soda meant to go in a fridge will help a lot
The kids are so cute and you are great parents. Mister in the background just eating some flowers LOL right as you were talking about not eating well. Good timing Mister lol
Don't worry about us take care of yourself. You are more important to your kids and Justin.
Not me saying bad mister to the TV...lol
I get them all. All the evil headaches. I really dislike the ones that act like a stroke. I had a migraine for 10 days in a row plus another 7 days of antibiotics after they checked for brain bleed. Currently they get set off by atmospheric change. That could be me driving up the side of a mountain or a storm. Those I can control with the old school sudafed. When they first started it was almost always on a day where I hadn't eaten yet. So the best thing to do is start a food diary to figure out what triggers you have.
Rachelle family & your health comes first. Try to get some rest.
Check your blood pressure. Also Justin needs to take a day off to let you rest. One night of good nights sleep will help so mucg
I get migraines ALL THE TIME. No cure for migraines unfortunately but they say lots of water and less sugar is helpful 🤷🏻♀️ Mine do come right at the back of my eye, it’s HORRIBLE
Have you ever tried Relpax? It’s a miracle drug foe migraine sufferers. There is a generic too.
1 started Aimovig over a year ago after suffering debilitating migraines for over ten years. I can honestly say it has changed Ever! I still get bad headaches, but nothing like before,! Get a good neurologist who specializes in headaches!
I would recommend going to chiropractor and massage. It will absolutely help!
Can you make bigger dinner portions, so you can save some to have as leftovers for lunch? Also, get some hummus and precut some raw veggies to have as a healthy lunch.
Over night oats are a good choice for a breakfasts, just have to prepare the night before then grab it out of a morning. Hope your feeling better soon xx
love your valentine idea! i dreamed i met you youre really nice lol!!
