God bless you abundantly 🙏 ❤ 🙌
Yes we eat KALE 🥬 IN THE USA It's used for plate garnish ( decorations) or it can be eaten in a salad it's one of the healthier forms of lettuce for us... And it is good, it can be eaten raw or slightly cooked
This is not what you think it is... it's very very bitter and you have to cook It and rinse the water several times... the sesame paste is to give it the real taste.. I meant, it brings out the taste.
Could you write the name of the plant you chopped at the beginning of your Video? I will check wetter we havr it here in Germany as well and how it is called. I could not recognize it yet. Thanks
I’m watching from New Jersey (USA). I enjoy all of your cooking content; you make it so interesting and I have learned so much about your culture. Maybe you can also film you and your family enjoying the meals together from time to time. Looking forward to your next upload!
Hee our acholi princess 👸 how are you🌻🏵️🌼🐦🐓🐔🐣🐤🐥🦆🐾🌾🌾🌾! 🥘🍛🥣🍘? , your nails are fine!, that vegetable we call it chinsaga☘️ grandma used pot to prepare it, it was bitter but she mixed with other traditional vegetables to make it not so intense, sometimes she could add cream from milk it was yammy, and smells good. 🇩🇪 Good job Girl.! Now we cook inside. I Like the kitchen! 🥰 and the sorounding.
Speaking as a Kenyan Luo, I confirm that the Akeyo and Ododo vegetables are known by these exact names. The Akeyo is believed to be medicinal, with capacity to sort out a broad range of stomach issues.

Yes it's akeyo, and dodo but we plack the leaves cos the stems make it very bitter. We drink the boiled juice coz it helps cleanse the bowel. So nice....mmmm
Kale, presented simply or in a smoothie is always welcome and I always have some in stock. The hospitality we are shown and the peeks into village life is so much appreciated. 💕💕💕
Congratulations on your videos!!! About your question about the medical benefit of the plant, I read something about malaria... but I am not sure!! hugs!!
