I incorporate these footwork exercises daily in my training regiment so that I can continue to dominate on the field and continue to excel. The more your body and feet become familiarized with these movement patterns the more you will see improvement.These drills also play a huge role in strengthening your joints, and endurance. From better coordination and balance you will see how this plays an important role to your on field performance.
