I think I remember a gemara somewhere saying that Hakadosh Baruch Hu's name is in the "shel rosh" 21 times and 20 times in the "shel yad". Is that right ?

Tosfos says that it says in the Megila שנים עשר חודש שהוא חודש אדר so Adar must be the 12th month
