I really hope Soul Sacrifice get a remaster. That game deserves to be known more. To this day, I still consider it the best game when it comes to story, story-telling, and world building.
Soul Sacrifice was so good 😣 Freedom Wars was fun as well, but I enjoyed grinding in SS way more, and the all around style was out of control 😩 Justice for Inafune 😫
Vita was a great console and underappreciated. Great screen, great control layout, comfortable to use and carry. It didn't get near enough releases outside of Japan as it should have. And Freedom Wars is fun. Made me laugh out loud a few times too. I didn't even know it had been rereleased. Thanks!
Vita is still in many ways better than the switch which shows how ahead of its time it was unlike the nintendo bitch! A modded Vita is still one of the best handhelds for emulators. the higher pixel density on that OLED Vita screen makes it superior to the OLED switch screen. also Vita had a much better and higher quality library with games like Super Stardust Delta, KZ Mercenary, Wipeout 2048, Uncharted GA, the triple Vanillaware masterpieces (Muramasa Rebirth, Odin's Spear, Dragon's Crown), Soul Sacrifice Delta, Freedom Wars, Flick and Fennick, Stealth Inc, Stealth Inc 2, Tales from Space: A Mutant blob attacks, Sumioni Demon Arts, list goes on. Even today it still holds up shockingly well!
Been playing Freedom Wars on my Steam Deck and so far so good. I used to own a Vita and this is one game I really missed playing. Here's hoping Soul Sacrifice Delta and Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir is next!
you forgot Dragons Crown and Muramasa Rebirth. WTF did Vanillaware not port their masterpiece trio on Steam? why are they against PC? at least I get to play Muramasa Demon Blade on Dolphin on my PC

Sadly, the translated Mouse acceleration/smoothing is wonky and ruins the gameplay. If you choose to join the Panopticon, a controller is required.
I don't like how much accessory speaks, I think it'd be okay if it was not as loud.
