No sir nothing happened like tat court system is very slow, they are favouring only tenants, nobody knows the real pain when owner suffers paying tax. Agreement expired before 3yrs and then we filed a case against tat fraudulent cheap guy before 3yrs, bt nothing happened we lost our Money spending to the lawyers, the court s favouring only to tenants, for filing written statement and so the case delayed.. We expect the judgement with in a year bt case is still in trial after 3yrs Why the owner alone has to suffer?? How we would be able to pay tax with out rent?? court system is not properly maintained..

There are several groups who have great nexus with corrupt police, advocate and local politicians who won't vacate your property. How strange is to know that a landlord pays property tax, maintains and take care of his property and he gives the property on rent to earn some money out of it but this criminals had made so many loop holes in the system that they easily forge documents and threat the property owners of dire consequences.

Small causes court dealing in rent related cases are delaying inordinately even in matters relating to Section 11/1 demanding update on of arrears of rent and payment of monthly rent. Application filed during September 2020 is listed during November after procedural follow up. After listing and serving notice, so far three times adjourned for filing counter. Plaintiff being a senior citizen, court should not adjourn beyond 10 working days. But postponed beyond 30 days. Any professional can enlighten me this matter

Iam from Karnataka-Banglore. Kindly advise me. I was taking care of house of my neighbor he lives in kolkotta during the month of April I was out of station so I gave the key to my tenant saying him if anyone is interested for rent show them the house, meanwhile a person came in and asked for key telling that he has spoken to the owner from kolkatta and the agreement is done. He believed that person and gave the key but in the meantime the owner phoned me telling the agreement is not done he only paid 15 thousand token advance and now it's going to 8 months rent and maintance is not paid so far at the same time court notice is sent from kolkatta high court in the month of September the culprit has signed and taken notice from postman but not vaccating, so in the month of December 3rd owner came down to Bangalore approached local R T Nagar police station, police have warned and gave 15 days of grace period but still refuse to leave the house... Kindly advise

Tenant is not giving rent since 10 years
We have never ever issued rent fee receipt to tenant
Upper floor of property is in my possession
If i sell whole property to tenant then is there any specified percentage of money in legal terms of law that to be given?
