I love seeing more people getting into art, your style of drawing is adorable, I'd recommend using pastel colours when you transfer everything to your iPad give it that nice pop, seeing it in a good colour combination and clearer contrast will show you the talent you have and there was a lot of improvement over the course of a week. And those landscape scenes in circles were my favourites

You're doing great!! I suggest you to use paper that doesn't have lines so u can see your drawings better! And watch some tutorials on how to use the app in your Ipad, I'm pretty sure it has a smoothing tool. Good luck and keep drawing!! 💐💖

    Little suggestions:
Maybe try looking at refrences, theres absolutely no shame!!
Also you can turn up a setting on procreate brushes called smoothing if you go into the settings of the brush you want to change and it will automatically make the lines less shaky
Keep going!! These are so cute!!

Hope you enjoyed your week. Good job.
"how else do you draw eyes" - as you asked the question, I'm going to answer -
It depends on how realistic you want to make them. Eyes in real life are never a circle. If you wanted a more realistic shape then they need to be more of a oval shape, getting more pointed on the sides.
The other thing you could do is put in a iris. You put the pupil in, but I don't see the colored part of the eye. That could mean one of two things. Either it's not there, or you drew it but it's too similar to the pupil to stand out from it.
To help differentiate the iris from the pupil, I would get a darker pencil. No idea what grade of pencil you're using, but the darkest lead you can find. 6B, 8B, whatever the highest number with a B on the end. Use that pencil for the pupil.
Then use whatever pencil you've been using so far for the iris as that'll be a lighter shade of grey. Typically the iris would take up more of the eye than what you used in your design. So you could play around with the sizes and make the center of the eye bigger.

These look soooo good!! If you give the eyes eyelids and an iris/tear duct it’ll help them not be b@@bs;)

i don't understand, you are not artist, you are crafting things. Artist means to involve with one of the fine arts Painting ,Architecture, Sculpture, Music, Poetry, Performing Arts (including theatre and dance), Photography. Your "paintings" lets say looking like more that designs to craft something than even sketches...

That’s true. An artist is more than just someone who’s good at drawing.

@@paigehiggicrochetncrafts Don't get me wrong, I watched some of your videos and you craft beautiful things but I think that don't make you artist by definition. People misunderstood what its really mean artist. its like if i craft quality shoes 'cause of the small details, the quality materials and the quality work i put on them, makes me artist, no that makes me a great shoe maker. Plus people take a pencil or paints and create something and suddenly that makes them artist, no you start one fine art and you are nothing right now cause you are learning and this ok, take your time practice more and when you make something remarkable and "serious" people of arts start appreciate your work then you can call yourself artist. People nowadays grab for a first time a pencil and they are arrogant enough that call themselves artists. Be humble, practice and learning and if you love painting, I hope one day you will create great things ( just don't disappointed and follow the worst scenario which are abstracts lol) Anyway I wish you all the best!
