Dont wanna discourage you but guys go for another jobs like FCI , CCI , NABARD state agriculture officer exam I just got selected as an AFO in PNB and im regreting giving three years of my life to this job the job profile is hectic i went at 8:30AM and return home by 7:30PM i regret putting PNB as my first preference this bank has given me 6 branches on deputation one branch a day I'm a new joinee i dont know why they have given me 6 branches they have also given me 2 crore per month target the higher authorities are saying go on the ground generate lead for the bank im posted in another state im facing language problem no one is cooperative the manager the PO clerk they remain busy in thier work nobody guides , and one more thing the training they give you before joining is far far away from actual ground level job

I had been to afo interview 4 times . After taking review from present afo employees i had finally quit the afo preparation. Now I'm working in the private company.. there is no time restrictions and less pressure compared to that of afo here..
I am not speaking about any particular company,, if you are an agriculture graduate , then don't waste your precious time just by preparing for any particular exam, join any private inputs company related to seeds or pesticides or fertilizer and manage time for your preparation, so that you will be having less pressure and also you will get experience, which is essential if you are willing to continue in the private sector itself .
I gave 2 IBPS AFO interviews but couldn't make it to final selection. After that got selected in FCI and currently working as GRADE-1 Officer in Agriculture deptt. Just want to say don't stick to only one exam keep preparing and appearing in other exams with overlapping exams. All the best.
