I broke the center console piece replacing the window switch and was considering getting the carbon fiber piece to go over it. This video relieved me of my doubts. Thanks man!
The OEM silver trim was hideous, I ended up putting OEM black ppv door handles in mine and I also got OEM carbon fiber trims from Australia from an HSV. Such a huge Improvement

I'm interested in the stereo setup you have, what is it and where can you get it? I also installed a carbon fiber wheel today and the pieces you installed. I actually like it for such a simple upgrade.
@@AndrewMadia Hey bro! So the head unit itself is a BOSS BE9ACP. It’s a single din head unit that extends out and becomes a big ass screen lol. Then the actual facia plate is an aero pro V1 (this lets you run aftermarket head units in the G8 so you could use any head unit you want). I’m glad you like em! I got some hate for them but idc I hate the silver and these were cheap and easy to install!
@@JR-if5vr Hey bro, so when I had the LS3 installed I just had the shop swap the accessories and oil pan from the L76 to the LS3. Nothing else was required to my knowledge

When you swapped the engine to the GXP one did you need to change anything else or was it plug and play compatible ecu and wire harness bro?

Buttons still work fine, the two scroll wheels are just a little harder to use but they still do work.
