"I’m really sorry to hear about the difficult situation you went through. It’s heartbreaking when family members don’t show the support we need during such critical times. I hope you have found or will find the support you need, whether it’s from friends, other family members, or even professionals. Remember, your worth isn’t defined by how others treat you, and it’s important to prioritize your own healing. Stay strong

The parents said family is supposed go help no matter what ..when it was OP s time of need ...the parents did not help..then the parents are hypocrites...because the parents did not help ..no matter what.... the parents broke their rule

What a family of doormats... OP's parents and brother stole money from them, destroyed their cars. And not a single lawsuit...

I refuse to believe this story is real.
the golden child cliche with the same plot.. These stories make parents seem like one person and not 2 different people with different thought process. I mean one of them could've shown concern to their child right? And God those annoying AITA questions like "My ex cheated, stole my money, beat me up with a baseball bat, spread false rumors that landed me in jail, and murd**d my dog, AITA for being mad at her?"

"We love your brother more than you and you're just jealous!"
And... That's supposed to persuade me to help is it...? Not a good plan!

OP can help brother…. by letting the authorities know that he found info implicating the higher ups at brother’s workplace.
The parents could put their house up as collateral. I’m pretty sure if OP had bailed brother out, brother would have skipped bail-aided by the parents.

OP is poor at "reading the room". Throughout her l;ife, she has been neglected by parents in favor of their golden piglet..Yet she KEEPS ON trying to make her parents visit her in the hospital?

That whole "Family" excuse is legit a 2 way street...you expect me to help family yet never return the favor?
I'm sorry, but I'm a firm believer in the saying "If I can use the same logic you use to argue against me, than the argument is invalid" And I stand by that

In all these stories what amazes me so much is why we need cops, the FBI, or any other law enforcement agencies investigating anything when all you need is a Private Eye. who seems to get all the info. you will need from a crime being committed. You hear this all the time in divorce stories. Ridiculous.

    • @ayanamiry0
      @ayanamiry0 หลายเดือนก่อน

Cause Private Eyes cost a lot more money than most can afford. Also, FBI and law enforcement know what charges can be applied and will stick!

I thought fraud and money laundering were the same thing. They're just two different words for stealing.

Tragic? Not really, he committed a crime on purpose and didn't expect to be the scapegoat for the leaders. While it sucks that he's getting blamed for leading the crimes, he isn't the victim and should be in jail.

Fake bullsh¡t aside. I know what it's like to be alone in a hospital bed with no one to see me. I had an accident in 2021, during the height of the pandemic and because of that I couldn't have anyone accompanying me or visiting.
But for me it was peaceful, I prefer the peace of being alone than the drama that comes with crying, people praying for you or the looks of pity.

An award FROM HIS EMPLOYER was a huge deal for the brother? Nobody thinks this way. I’ve been working for large corporations for 24yrs. If anybody got an award, it’d get pinned to the cubicle wall, like putting your 1st grader’s crayon stick figure art on the fridge. Company awards matter for one reason: there’s some kind of cash incentive that comes with it.
I have never been to a meeting that couldn’t have just been an email (except when it’s my extended team, and we were meeting to do actual work. If my boss called it, probably means there’s work to do. If his boss called it… was probably a waste of time, but he’d prolly be offended if I skipped it. Anyone above him… there is no value to even going. They talk, probably have some PowerPoint slides to go with it, answer a couple fluff questions. But all 60,000 employees have to stop working and watch the live video feed. They could have just recorded a video for the company website… or just typed all that into an email. But whatever. Nobody cared, most felt they had no choice. And if there were awards… eh. Show me the money.

Bro is saying he’s not the mastermind, and the mastermind / exec is walking free… bro should be able to finger the bosses. Cops/prosecutors absolutely would give him a plea deal for flipping on the big fish. You don’t need the family to help you do this. Just tell your lawyer you have info on bigger fish to trade.

These stories are getting boring...they also use the same plot points and key words, like 'golden child' or 'they picked sides'. I know these things are mostly fake, but at least they used to be interesting.
