These are Uncommitted Delegates. It's a technical term. Harris delegates will vote for Harris because primary voters voted for Harris. It’s tough when there are no clear sources on what is actually going on coupled with poor civics education like you experienced. This is extremely overlooked, especially because Biden’s withholding of aid is only a temporary measure given the extensive evidence of war crimes. I think the change you, I and everyone wants is law and treaty. If you had a proper civics education, which I can’t blame you for not receiving, you would understand that we need permanent change and Biden’s already reaching the farthest he can with executive powers.
