hey tomcat i watch all of your vids but mostly spin tires .i watched your how 2 install mods vid and i did all of the steps right and i tried to install the rabid cannary and i could not find out how to getit in spin tires

How do i get mods to load in the game. I have matched all the files but still dosent work and i have put it on legacy
nice video, not sure if you've heard of Formula off-road in Iceland competitions, usually complete custom cars (actually hoping for a game like that, spintires is closest to that dream.
There is a German guy that moved to Andorra, where he is manufacturing a small series look-a-like car. It is road legal, and he says the idea is that it can go "everywhere" (which is why it has to be road legal...) He offers it with 1500 HP and 2000 HP, but recommends the 1500 version because the gear box might last longer ;) Of course it's not cheap... can't think of the name though.

It would be cool if you could make it just front wheel drive or all wheel drive. The all wheel is some times a pain to steer. Great vids.
Wonder how long until someone modds this to have a different body or at least remove that smoke that get in your way

these rock bouncers are real
It's like switching into 4 wheel drive with an actual vehicle. 4 high is only for up to about 5 miles per hour. It's only used if you're stuck. It has that realistic ability. If you run it in 4 high for too long at high speeds you're just going to do damage to the vehicle. That's just a guess though because I've never played spin tires.
At the last camera angle, it looked like the vehicle was an off road Prius.
You can edit the XML file and make the steering not so sharp!

I believe it's modeled after one of Tim Cameron's creations. Check out a few of his videos if you want to see this is real life.

you should try doing a realistic type video where you get the ford f350 and gooseneck trailer and try to tow this on the trailer up until you get to a rock crawling area then you use this. then trailer it back.

you cant go in hi due to he gearing not set right in the xml from the way it moves i would say that first gear is set about 45000 it happens alot when you have modders that dont know exactly what they are doing with the xml files
Tomcat9700 can you make another video on how to download vehicles , you last ones I did not have the snap option or any o those, so when you brought it in the game you clicked add I did not have that, and can you show how to download it to hill map plz and the for the awesome video

I tried getting the mods to work and it simply doesn't work for me. Do you have to revert to an earlier version of the game?
Carmelo Washburn yes most mods are made for the 2014 version of spintires (legacy) there is a converter for some items to work with the 2015 spintires there is also a program thats called jgsme that does help with quick mod installs
