I did everything in Brick Bronze as a kid. I tracked down every legendary. Leveled up all my favorite pokemon. Beat a leaderboard player. But in the end, I was so mad that there’s one thing I couldn’t do and that’s beat the 8th gym. My main team was almost entirely weak to it and my Hoopa’s personality was helping it at all. So years after, I find myself playing one of the copies floating around roblox and play for a bit. After realizing my opportunity, I speed run all the way to the end, picking up those same star pokemon from my original squad and I beat the gym leader with plenty of planning.
Brick Bronze won’t ever come back properly but it is the Pokemon game of my generation, as far as I’m concerned.

i forgot how i did it but i solo'd the 8th gym with an underleveled team and one high level charizard that obliterated everything
I got stuck on the 7th gym, because my team way too weak to shawdow (had Shedinja)
i was stuck at the jake fight RIGHT BEFORE the 8th gym. I remember literally trading for a hoopa somehow AND STILL NOT WINNING and i couldnt even beat him before the game got taken down
i was stuck on the 8th gym too. the sadder thing about it was that I was waiting because it was my BIRTHDAY, which is when it got taken down if I remember (april 20)
As a Brick Bronze player who put his sweat and blood into training his pokemon and earned all 8 gym badges, I thank you for making this video.
It's been 6 years but I still remember playing every bit of the game including its secrets. I still miss my Delphox and Gardevoir till this day. I actually got a keychain made of them. New players really need to watch this video. They have no clue what they've missed.
I still remember the tears I had when I saw Jake get sent in.. I still remember getting my first pokemon and creating almost 12 alternative accounts to do the entire story again. I really wish I got to see what would the creators have done after this, if they would have bought jake back or not.

Brick Bronze was the reason why I joined Roblox. I used to play it with a friend. We played it for hours and we played the game together, meaning that we went through the story together. It was almost as if we were both in the actual story together. We also occasionally had battles together as if we were rivals. One of the most fun things too were double battles. Our teams worked together really well and we had a spectacular time. This game truly was amazing.
I litterally did the same thing when I was a kid and it’s nice to see that so many people have this game in their core memories like I do with my friend

The day the Roria League was supposed to release, they had to take the game down because of Nintendo. We were also going to dive into trying to locate jake. The only thing is.. they never got to that. They just had the second game planned out as a continuation. Sort of like a backup to their story. And they have it take place in another world which is supposedly one of many. That Npc named Looker and the organization he is associated with is supposedly the key to finding Jake's whereabouts. Around the time the Devs had to take the game down, Tbradm released a video on his youtube channel called "Worlds Apart" teaser. The trailer showed this alien-like person greeting this girl with a purple scarf. That girl with the scarf is none other than Tess. Not much information is able to be provided at this point in the development in the story, but it looks like Tess found a way to one of the other worlds in her search for Jake. This must have something to do with Looker and his organization. The devs have many surprises though
They still kind of repeated the story of you finding jake in an alternate universe. Loomian Legacy is the next version of it where jake is in a new universe and dosent remember anything of his past. It's just a non-copyrightable version.
loomian legacy was a good plan but honestly it could NEVER re-create the same feeling that brick bronze had
the characters and story are just completely new which is bad considering the story so far isnt that good
they could of have re-made the entire game and just made their own sorta pokemon replacement but they didnt which is kind of unfortunate but eh

Even though this game was made in 2015. Most of the locations look and feel better than most modern Roblox games. You could see the passion that the devs put into pbb.

This game makes me appreciate Loomian Legacy and its story. However, it makes me think of what happened to the Pokemon Professor/Team Eclipse Leader, and whether or not we'll see him.

I used to be absolutely stacked in this game back in like 2015-16 when I played with my friends after I got to know about it watching dantdm, it actually made me a little sad when it got taken off. It used to be one of the most enjoyable experiences so, thank you for making this.

Loomian Legacy's Graphics really makes me imagine just what PBB could've become today. They made good models of Groudon and Kyogre, why stop there? They could make their own models of the Pokèmon. So much of LL's paid content have a limited free version [takes a day at most]
It's really painful to see think what could've been.
One of the main reasons I am so interested in Loomian Legacy is because I want to find out what happens with Jake and Tess and Prof. Cypress and everything. I think it is a brilliant idea that they’ve expanded the story into another game.
If I’m being honest the idea of loomian legacy never appealed to me for me it could never match brick bronze

@@Phyxonerceus Thats very true! Alot of people get caught up in nostalgia, thus making them feel that Loomian Legacy doesn't have the same appeal. I completely understand it, but people gotta be a little more open minded. Loomian Legacy is much more impressive than Brick Bronze from a technical and visual standpoint imo.
Jake and Tess have been revealed, I think team eclipse will be making their comeback later on in the story
According to Looker, Cypress and Team Eclipse are on a different but close universe to Jake so we may not see them again.

What a fun journey it has been to play pokemon brick bronze with family who enjoyed the game as much as i did. We made great memories and got alot of unfair boss fight PTSD but in the end the journey was worth it
Pokémon Brick Bronze is an amazing game. Tbh tho is there is a missed opportunity when it comes to the dragon trio. In the dragon cave you can find a room filled with gold and a sort of monument with two sides. One colored white. The other black. I feel like they could have made it so you need a full team of dragon types and beaten the whole game to unlock a secret door where you can catch reshiram, zekrom, and kyurem.
Yo iirc in 7:25, one of the residents in the pointed out the reason its dark type is because due to the town being closer to the moon, or something along those lines but it is still pretty stupid, i really forgor mostly everything about the game and this gave back the memories i had as a kid so tysm.
The Fact that Temtem stole that plot and combine it with game of Thrones. It makes you appericate pokemon SV plot even more. Yes Temtem plot stole from Pokemon Brick Bronze look up the plot for temtem.
I feel like it would be cool to see brick bronze as an emulator game
I have so many memories of this game ingrained in my head. I grew up absolutely loving Pokemon (especially the XY/Kalos Quest/XYZ series because that series was part of my earliest internet memories), so naturally I loved Brick Bronze. I even remember when I was able to trade for a Sylveon which was my favourite Pokemon. Thank you for this video, it's always great to hear about Brick Bronze again.
No wonder they arent putting Roblox on Nintendo Switch.

Tysm for this video. Brought me memories of owning a level 60 onix thinking it’s evolve eventually, hunting a Latias and finding one but disconnecting and getting destroyed by professor cypress at least 5 times. Glad I got to experience all the content before it went.
I'm so sad that I couldn't play the game for myself. I sadly joined close to the time that the game got deleted(2018 Jan) and sadly SOMEHOW didn't even notice that game on the front page. Aw, how I wish I could actually play the real game and not those stupid stolen asset PBB copy games.

I did really like pokemon brickbronze but my older brother was playing it so i thought it was cool. wish it was back tho. Edit: For some reason at the start when you throw the clock at the wall was the funniest thing i've ever seen in my life for whatever reason.
Dang, it's been a while since I heard of Pokemon Brick Bronze. Had a lot of memories of that game and it's nice to hear the folks that made it are still doing more content. Will definitely try Loomian Legacy!
Do wish we could've gotten to see the Elite 4 before the Pokemon Company got it shut down. There were 8 types (Bug, Steel, Psychic, Rock, Normal, Ice, Fairy, and Poison) left without trainers, so I'm intrigued to what they would've gone with.

Ive watched quite a few videos of the real pokemon games, and have only played pokemon shield, and yet with all of that, honestly, brick bronze was alot better than most of the actual games, in my opinion

Brick bronze is the best roblox game ever made. I will never change my opinion the memories i have made are irreplaceable. Sometimes i get teary thinking about it like the time i got stuck somewhere (didnt know that clipping out of there existed) i was just crying but than suddenly i find a legendary i catch it with 3 pokeballs left than trade it for level 80 shiny metagross i just really miss the old times i wish someone collabarated with pokemon to make an official game on roblox (0% chance of happening)

I remember playing it for a bit back in 2018 I think, and I was laughing hysterically when my Haunter was totally immune to one of the battles (I can't remember which one but they just had fast electrodes with explode I think).

@@AnonisMusic I didn't think it was boring. I genuinely love every city in PBB, they all have a unique personality. I even joked about it in the video and said that despite being able to catch Snorlax and victiny that there "wasn't much there" (there's a bit of truth to that bc there's not much story that happens) but the gym puzzle in it is my favorite of any city's gym in the game, and I'd always wanted to get a shiny victiny from the temple. It's where I reset the most out of any pokemon.
I still found the leader to be the most challenging, but that's not a bad thing. I do like a good challenge. And during a nuzlocke with my friend a few years after the game got taken down, I over prepared to fight the leader and won the fight flawlessly with zero deaths. Sorry to make you sad.
I don’t think Nintendo know how many people this game brought to the Pokémon fandom if I was someone at Nintendo I wouldn’t have taken the game down I would have attempted to work closely with the creators to get the best outcome for both partys
one of m biggest regrets of playing pbb was not leveling my team up propperly. only my incineroar and raichu were the only ones that were the same level as the 8th bym leader while the rest of my team, (staraptor and haunter are the obly ones I currently remember) were all below level 40. So I couldve beated the 8th gym leader if I actually leveled my team correctly.

There’s people who hacked the code of brick bronze with the game data saved before game deleted. I wouldn’t recommend supporting it, but it’s wonderful to visit old memrories. Project brick bronze forever gets re uploaded every few days.
I remember playing this and I beat all the gyms. I was waiting for the Roria League update to come out when suddenly this game got deleted. Now I play Brick Bronze Forever. Rest in peace Pokemon Brick Bronze. You will be missed. 2015-2018

As someone who has never played brick bronze just saying oh yeah you can go right to catch jirachi which is a mythical pokemon or you could go up for like a rotom just sounds so weird
usually in real Pokémon games or even rom hacks, legendaries and rare Pokémon aren't that easy to capture.
In MY opinion, They shouldve nerfed the levels down BIG TIME. If you dont grind for literal hours you end up always being atleast 10 levels behind. It would be much easier if, for example, the gym leaders were around these levels:
1st: 12-15
2nd: 19-22
3rd: 25-27
4th: 29-32
5th: 35-38
6th: 40-44
7th: 47-50
8th: 53-56
(And the elite four can be between 60-65 and champion could be level 68-72)
I understand if some of or most of you disagree with my opinion, its an o-p-i-n-i-o-n after all. Its just difficult for me ig.

For those who don't understand the flumorumo city reference, after the game got shut down, they released a game called "hide and seek extreme" and that was the lobby and it looked identical. They shut down HASE after loomian legacy released
Ummm... I'm not sure if I understand what you mean, but the Fluroma joke was a reference to gamefreak stealing the design for Ballonlea city in SW/SH from Brick Bronze's Fluroma city.
I’ve watched Pokémon before this game but this MADE and GOT me to play other Pokémon games and buy other Pokémon games which weren’t as good as this. I really hate that it got taken down, LL is just not the same to me it’s good but it’s not PBB. This might sound said but I actually felt connected to the characters like Tess and Jake, this might be because I’m older but I just don’t feel as connected with the LL characters. It’s just me. I also miss my apartment

Well... It's been one year. The game's back. if u want to play it search it up on yt. you'll find it instantly. But anyways. I'm here for help :'D I haven't fought the fire type gym yet(but have the electric). My team is under leveled and I don't know how to quickly grind exp. I'm working on defeating the people in the volcano. (side note there is a tm on a cliff at the entrance of the volcano idk how to get it.) any help is appreciated.

I know the game is back up. I knew even before making this video, the reason I said you can't play it anymore is because the original devs said they didn't want people doing so, and I was trying to respect their wishes.
anyways, to answer your question: You can google "PBB training hotspots" for any trainers that are good for grinding XP. Prior to the fire type gym, though, there isn't any, so I'd suggest finding a strong ground type (Cubone works) and then grinding inside the volcano for XP.
for the TM, there's a path up a rock near the entrance to the volcano across from a trainer, next to the wall.

Thank u for explaining brick bronze lore because I really want to finish but I never finished because my whole save got deleted because I didn’t play for 2 days so I never completed the game so the fall I got to is when I met asbol so thank u telling me the lore of it
im just like everyone here, grinded the shit out of the game, was stacked, yotta yotta. Though I am not afraid to admit that pbb cannot stack up to present day Pokemon and the issues became glaringly obvious when I attempted to nuzlocke a copycat game once. Most notably the exp grinding. Paywalling the exp share is actually one of the most evil things ever💀 and youd still end up grinding hours just to get your levels up to speed. I imagine maybe they would have addressed the issues and of course made the game higher quality as roblox evolved into the modern era. All this aside though pbb made up a significant portion of my childhood, may it rest in peace.
Yeah I appreciate this. I've nuzlocked the game with a friend and the grinding was insane. People really do see this game in rose tinted glasses but it was genuinely an amazing game.
It doesn't stack up well against the DS games but hell it was better than SW/SH

I miss brick bronze, I remember the only reason I wanted to get Roblox as a kid was to play this game. I captured Shaymin, mega evolved my pokemon, I just wish that It could come back, but deep down I know it won't. It was a joy to watch this video.

I remember getting my arse handed to me by Professor Cyprus in Demon's Tomb because he had a Rhyperior and my main was Zekrom this was in my randomizer playthrough because my tablet/computer thing was broken and couldn't be fixed and so I lost my original account and thus my progress but I played randomizer one I believe my new account and basically was handed the entire game on a silver platter with a few tough fights here and there but mostly sweeping the floor with my Zekrom starter
The sushi place in anthian city was great, the berry’s are useful earlier on in the battle stadium before you get more held items with bp

Both are from the Brick Bronze original soundtrack. I tried to use as many songs from the OST as possible to try and be as faithful and nostalgic to the original game.
