To beat someone on their heads is illegal and it is criminal behavior according to Swedish law. It does not matter if he claims that he did it "in the spirit". It is wrong, nevertheless. Also, this behavior is not biblical; Jesus never hit anyone on their head, nor did the apostle Paul or any of the other apostles. If fact, these instances of hitting people on their heads and foreheads should have been reported to, and prosecuted by the Swedish police. In 2003 I experienced a similar situation. As I went forward for prayer at a conference in July, Ulf Ekman hit me forcefully on my forehead. It was nor a pleasant experience, and the level of hate and aggression which I experienced that day has been bothering me ever since.
